|Helen Greer||Hankerson Ashby|
I am descendant of Hankerson Ashby. You list him as a sibling of Eleanor Pemberton. While I believe this is true I am having trouble proving it. Where did you get your information.

Are you related to this family? He was my grandfather. His real name was William Marron Buchanan and was married 3 times that I know of. If you have any additional information on him I would love to correspond with you.

The photo of the rock marker you have on the Blackjack Cemetery home page actually is at the Blackjack Cemetery II, across the road. I am a descendant of the Holland's and Dickerson's in the Blackjack Cemetery.

I didn't see the suggestions until after I transferred. Sorry about that.

Since the family is not related to me, I transferred to you. But I did get the changes made first.
A headstone off a few years, not bad. My 2x grandma was off by 18. They had but the year she got married.

I have made the correction you requested and removed H J Towler as a second spouse for Emma Eva "Towler" Chambers. Not sure how the mistake was made but it may be the similarity in his wife's name, Emma S Chambers. I notice that contributor Ruth M Brown has the wrong Emma connected as mother of Emma Elisabeth "Towler" Johnson (#45489665). I will request she make a correction. Thank you for your information.

Hi Gina, Received your 'edit' regarding Ollie. The data I entered came from Archives.com stating the birth 1903 TEXAS - death March 1913 Garland, Dallas, TX with burial Mill Cemetery. Shows father Clifford Thompson and mother Lois Auroia Thompson. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll be happy to send you copies. I will make any and all corrections to ensure accurate information appears on any memorial and especially those bearing my name. THANK YOU!!!

The numbers you gave me to link her to her mother and husband do not match the names given. Let me know.

Find A Grave rules indicate it is proper to list the memorial according to actual name on stone, hence the "Poovy". I realize it makes the search hard. I have updated per your request. Thanks, MJ

Thank you for the message about the buriel dilemma of this person. There is a buriel in Houston County at #50842537 which seems a better match.

|PAMELA BAKER||George Alexander "Alex" Wills|
I noticed that you maintain this site on Findagrave. I have been trying to locate his wife's grave at the same cemetery, Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery, Davilla, Milam County, Texas. A cemetery board member and I search the cemetery yesterday and could find neither gravesite. Since you took a picture of George Wills' gravesite, can you tell me specifically where it is in cemetery, in hopes of locating his wife's grave as well? Their son Oscar K. Wills (1885-1928) is there, but we are at a loss as to where his parents' graves are. They are not listed in the cemetery listing. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide. Pam
