Billy Ray Briscoe
I and many of our friends close to Arab, AL., attended school with Billy. I'm sort of the record keeper of info on all our classmates. I know Billy Ray was born in 1939 and died about 1963 (I think in a car crash?), but I don't remember when he started school in Arab, where he was born, where he went to school before Arab, etc. Haven't been able to find a birth certificate or death certificate, but I'm not the best user of Ancestry. Anything you can tell us would be appreciated. I did discover his mother's maiden name was Snow? Correct? Could he be of Spanish decent?

Amanda Forrester
I believe this was my gggrandmother's sister. Wondering if she is the Amanda Forrester who was the second wife of J. M. Thomason, and if so, why Thomason is not on her stone?

Thank you.

Memorials
RE: Juanita Jones
Thanks Frank,

Maybe there was a glare when I was there.
It looked like it was weather worn with pitts.
I could not read anything.

Her sister had taken us there.

I believe Berry & Martha Brown came from
Tennessee too.

Maybe you are kin & just don't know it.
I know when I started doing genealogy I found
kin I didn't know I had.

Memorials
Charley "Charlie" A Jones
Frank,

His legal name is Charley & his middle name is Albert.

I see that his headstone was engraved as Charlie.
That is the way it was back then.

Thanks.
