William Henry Clark #26988378
"In 1886, William returned to Brandon to marry Virginia Maxey (Jennie) Falls. They moved to 613 Ross Avenue in Dallas. At some time, he brought his mother, Mary McDowell Clark and his wife's family, Absolom Theopolis (A. T.) and Sarah Elizabeth (Bettie) Maxey Falls, to Dallas. He built an important law practice and was the youngest president to the Texas Bar Association when he was elected in 1897."
This is the bio that you have on William Henry Clark buried in Dallas County Texas; Birth: May 2, 1861 Death: Sep. 17, 1931.
You have linked him to my 2nd great grandparents who only had girls their names were William H. Clark (1843 to 1916) and Margaret Winnefred Brown Clark (1848 to 1929). Although Margaret had a brother who survived the War and moved to Texas if they went to Texas it was only to see him. But their family was here in Louisville, Mississippi and this was where they lived and died. My Grandfather (their grandson Woodrow Wilson Woodruff) always talked about how they did not have sons only daughters. His mother was William Maragret "Willie" Clark-Woodruff she was one of their daughters.
Please remove the link. Thank you for all you do for Find-a-Grave I am sure that you are as happy to get the information right as I am.
Thank you again for your help. If I can do anything here for you let me know and I will be glad to help in any way.

Capt. George M. Swink & Others - Transfer
Dear Laura,

Would you consider transferring the following memorials to me? In my genealogical research on my family I have discovered that Capt. and Mrs. George M. Swink are my great-great grandparents on my Mother's side. I would like to add some information to their memorials and hopefully some photos and other familial connections.

Thank you.

Lipscombs @ Greenwood Cemetery
Would you consider transferring Harry and Kate Lipscomb to me? I want to add considerable info to the two memorials and links to his parents. I am not family, and would certainly re-transfer if a family member contacted me requesting so. Thank you!

Nancy Stiles
I was actually at Lono Cemetery April 13th & just so happened to take some more photos there & when I started posting some of them this morning, I looked at the requests & surprise, there it was...If you give me a few minutes I also have Levi STiles & I also posted a photo of her parents Will Hiram Heard & Mary Powell today.
One more question for you,if you don't mind, my family is the Ross family.. Are you direct kin to the Stiles'? The reason I ask is my 3rd great grandfather Robert Ross 2nd marriage was Mary Elizabeth Stiles back in 1867, then by 1888 he married again. Could you give me any more info on her in that time period? If so, email me direct at
Thanks so much
