Lisa, if you will notice that in the plot area he is listed as Unknown, Burial Trench, However if you would like it moved, I would be happy to do so. Ted

Hello, Lisa! I will gladly take another photo for you tomorrow. I apologize for the glare. I visited the cemetery at sunrise and despite multiple attempts, the glare was unavoidable. Anyway, like I said, check back tomorrow evening for a new picture as requested. :)

I've also run into "contributors" who won't listen. When that happens, I email the administrators here:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=listFaqs#158 If you have a good case, I've seen good results.

I saw that one of the dates of birth didn't match, but it seemed to be the right family. I have a photo of Kate's marker that is a little clearer I will add it if you like, just let me know. Glad to help, Dale

Hi Lisa,

I stopped at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetary at 5 points and did find Rosaline's grave stone. I am working on getting it off my camera and re-sized, then I will post it for you. There were actually a lot of that name in 1 area.

I saw the request for Harold Martin but he is not near the other Martin's. I am still photographing in that cemetery so might come across him in the future.

Lisa,

Tried to find where I got the info but have lost it. I do not have any proof he is buried there but being as his son was and some of his grandkids it seemed logical and there were so many stones destroyed due to vandalism.

I have added on their site that no documentation has been found to verify actual burial site. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

The photo I was looking at was not yours it was memorial # 11731104 but is a duplicate record of your person. I went ahead and took a photo which came out slightly better than theirs did, so I will go ahead and add it to your memorial, but you may want to collaborate with the person doing the other memorial and work out a way to merge them. It seems your memorial has more info, too.

Minerva (Sippy) Manley
Hi Lisa,

I do not believe that Minerva died in Richland County, Wisconsin, or that she is buried in Sextonville Cemetery. There is no death record for her in Richland County. Prior to her death she lived several years in O'Brien County, Iowa with one of her children. I do not find record of a grave there either, and it is possible that she moved on to live with another child after her son died in 1891. So far I have not found a death record or a burial for her in O'Brien County, Iowa.

The M. Manley 60 hand-made gravemarker is her husband's marker. He is no longer shown with the family in 1870 census (when he would have been 67)and likely died prior to that time. I have Minerva documented as living as late as 1880 when she would have already been 64.

RE: Eliza Long
You are very welcome. I thought it odd to have a wall off grave site and not grave stone which makes me think she did have one but either vandals destroyed it or it was made of wood and deteriated. Take care.

Re: Manerva Sippy Manley
There is a homemade stone but now not sure if Menzes or her both of there first names started with a M. Someone posted the photo on Menzes memorial but since it is made of concrete I would think it more likely that it is Manerva. Who knows for sure? It doesn't have any dates. I am truly sorry about it.

Noticed your name on the photo of Bob when he was a young man. Is he a relative? Just found out he passed and so saddened by it. I worked with him in County Service Office for Veterans in St. Pete, FL years ago.

Lisa, I am so sorry for the duplicate memorials. I had entered many photos at the same time from the two cemeteries. I have a system which obviously failed. I should have caught it. The correct cemetery is Oak Lawn Cemetery in Cresco, IA and I think I have resolved the issue. Thank you for bringing it to my attention!

You are very welcome.
The outfit that created Irma's page is not responding when normally they are very fast. I just sent Find A Grave staff a message to see if they can find out what is the matter.

Irma L Smouth
Hi,
I got pics today per your request for Irma L Smouth.
They spelled her last name wrong on her Find A Grave page. I sent the outfit that made her page a message letting them know they need to correct that.
It appears her maiden name was Lea since her funeral notice I found says she had two brothers by that name.
I checked and I cannot find where she died. She is not in the OR, WA, or CA death indexes. Her funeral notice does not say where she died.
