You said you were related to my third great-grandfather how? My last mesage went left unspoken about. You know I can appreicate input when it comes to telling me I may be wrong and that is a maybe to the two people who were upfront enough to offer their input my response got none.

Capt Frank A Drew
I was about to enter Capt Drew's memorial on Find-a-Grave when I found that you had him entered already. However, he is not buried at the Woodlawn Cemetery, but at the Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette.

Vincents
The reason I am requesting the transfer of the Vincent family is that I am the last of my generation and would like to link and record information for all of the younger family members that are asking for me to do this. Please consider granting my request.
I know that somehow last year I did somrthing unknowingly that upset you and again I am sorry that happened. Please consider that this is not only my request.

Banister Stone
I was fishing with so little information on my great(4)grandfather I thought I would take the chance to see what else I could find out. I had sent off for these military records and being a Miltary family know that this was common during the Civil War to be transfered to another state esp if one swore to the oath but had no intention of living up to it. I have removed the memorial due to the fact that it was further researched and was found to be a Benjamin instead. I'm relieved to finally know but also back at ground zero on what happened to him. Rick Bryant
Banister Stone
I have been researching my Stover family and ran across Banister Stone who married my GGG Grandfather's niece. I agree with your assessment that the grave at Camp Chase, Ohio is not his. In fact, I researched the individual in the 35th Mississippi Regt, and found that his first name was Benjamin. I have sent a message to the individual who maintains that memorial and have asked them to change it. Hopefully she will do so.

The picture you submitted was added to the wrong cemetery. The Colbert Cemetery is actually Colbert Eastside Cemetery. It is the cemetery for the black residents of Colbert.
The correct Gardens of Memory Cemetery is this one.

Genealogy Research
Hello,
I encountered your very nice page on Dorothy Marie Schmidt. I am looking for more genealogy information about her husband, Gordon William Hoijer Sr. Gordon was a cousin of my grandfather. I have some very old family footage which briefly shows Gordon's father and mother: John and Agnes. It looks like you have good information about them and I was hoping that we might compare notes. Would you be willing to contact me at my e-mail address? I am editing my e-mail slightly in order to prevent spam. It is AncestryVoyager gmail com
With best wishes,
Brian

Again I am sorry that I was misunderstood. I do not know what happened to the pictures - so I requested photos - I was referring to the entire site manager when I said I might not have followed protocal.

RE: Vincents
I am not sure what your message meant. Perhaps I stepped out of some type of protical when I added the tombstone photo of the Vincents, as someone removed them.
I have requested photo's of the family and I hope this is the proper protical

Lugene Gerber
Hi
Sure you can use any photo that I put on here, I am glad you enjoy these. Someof these cemeteries are a bugger to find and then some of the graves are almost imossible especially those from the 1800's and early 1900's. A lot of the stones have erroded away or are gone.

E. Winslow
Burns family, Marinette WI
Thank you for adding the information about my ancestors the Burns in Marinette WI - just wanted to correct one item - you mention the possibility of additional children on each entry - actually, there were no others. The list you have includes all the known children of Thomas Burns and Caroline Bemis Brown ;o)
As a side note they were actually in Peshtigo during the "Great Fire" - it's why they ended up relocating.

Thanks again
