Moo, Esq. (Karen)
RE: Mortellaro
Thanks! I don't think it would be under Josephine - her real name was Crucifissa but she went by Frances, fanny and Josephine -but you never know. I figured the obit would help, thanks for giving it another shot

Thanks for checking on Gladys Gerlach at Holy Cross Cemetery. Someone else had started the memorial for her, and it was recently transferred to me. I made a new photo request to the correct cemetery. Sorry for any inconvenience it had caused.

RE: Supples & Mahoneys in Holy Cross (Erie Co NY)
Thank you.
John & Margaret Supple had 5 or 6 children:
Morris or Maurice Supple (born 1849)
Mary Supple (born 1852)
Jane A. Supple (born 1855)
James P. Supple (born 1858 died 1928), I may have found him already and his wife Mary Jane.
William Supple (born 1861)
And I have a Kate Supple born 1846 who may have a different mother. Not sure about her.

Supples & Mahoneys in Holy Cross (Erie Co NY)
Thank you for the info on the Mahoneys and the gravestone photo. That is unfortunate there aren't any individual stones.
Were there no gravestones for the Supples either? I see you just posted a photo of a sign with the #3.
Thank you for your trouble. I was hoping for gravestones with dates, but I know sometimes there wasn't money for that or something happens to them.

Thank you, yes I would appreciate a pic of the site. Does it have a marked stone next to his? I am not sure if he is with a family member. Thanks for your input and assistance. Claire

Re: Anna Doherty
Thank you for trying to find her grave. I understand that occasionally we find that graves are unmarked.
If you could get a picture of the family site, it would be greatly appreciated.

Catherine was Anna's younger sister, who passed
away before Anna.

Again, Thank You so much for your time and effort
on my behalf.

Regards,
Kerry

Thank you for the photo from Holy Cross Cemetery for Edith Kinney. Would you remember the plot section for number 450 in the cemetery? Also did you see her husband Frederick Kinney next to her by chance? I appreciate your time and help, Thank you, Claire

Ellen Herrmann
RE: Buckner Gravesite Photo
I am sad to that anyone would have to lie in an unmarked grave, but I do understand. Charles was only 24 years old when he was killed working for the City of Buffalo Highway Dept. and left behind a 19 year old widow who was pregnant with her first child. If you have a moment click backwards to read the history of his Mother Mary Pearl and you will see that this family had nothing but heartbreak after heartbreak and were certainly of no means to provide a marker. His Father (my Great Grandfather) also lies in an unmarked grave in Orleans County managing only to place one stone to suffice for both his wives which is a meager one at that.

Again, I can't thank you enough...you put the finishing piece into a very difficult puzzle.

Buckner Gravesite Photo
Thank you so very much for the photo of the gravesite for my Great Uncle. This finalizes a 12 year search on my part for initially I only knew his name and had two photographs and the family story of the terrible accident which took his life at 24 years of age with a new wife expecting their first child.

I can't begin to explain how much this means to me.

With untold gratitude,
Ellen M. Herrmann

Thank you very much for fulfilling my photo request for the marker at Holy Cross Cemetery. What an interesting marker -- I wonder if they expected the tree to grow around the marker like it has? I appreciate your time and effort to do this for us! DiAnn
