Kerrs at Timberlake
Dear w,
Thanks so much for the 3 Kerr photos at Timberlake Cemetery. There are other Kerrs there (13 listed at Find A Grave). I think something has gone wrong at Find A Grave because I previously noted photos for many Kerr headstones at Timberlake and do not see them there now. If you choose, I would appreciate it if you would head back out there and take photos of all of the Kerr headstones you can find and put them where they belong at Find A Grave. There is no hurry here. I am just trying to do as complete a job as possible for my Kerr "cousins" and see a problem now which I didn't see before. Your mission, should you decide to accept it....
I would be be very grateful for your assistance in this matter. If you find other Kerrs who are not yet listed at Find A Grave, let me know and I will see if I know who they are connected to and enter them and link them all at Find A Grave. All of us working together make it better for those who follow.

Thank you for the picture.

I have an aditional request. You don't have to leave your computer!!

I know that I can enter some genealogical information- I have done it before. Just so long ago I don't remember how to do it.

In the FAQ section I am missing something. There is a term I probably don't understand.
Just need a 1. Click here, 2. , 3. step instruction.

Thank you for the way in which you help so many people.

God bless you.

Collins & Singer photo
Good morning,

I have fulled your request for the Collins & Singer photos. The stones are in very poor condition and Louisa's was broken and lying on the ground.

There was also a Ann Singer next to Ebenezer & Ann Collins headstone. I took a photo of it and add a memorial page for her. If this happens to be your relative and you would like a transfer of the memorial page please let me know.

I have just heard from the Cemetery. I received an e-mail from Mary Myers. She said that "The Rural Cemetery book lists them as being buried in lot 53 side by side. She also referred us to
Hope this clears up the confusion.

RE: Obedience and Charles
Thank you for taking the time to do research. It is quite a formitable task. I would like it, if you can, send me the information you have on Charles as well as James. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. I have sent an e-mail to the area coordinator for the Good Hope Cemetery and asked if they could check out & see what the problem is. So far they have referred it to someone else. Am waiting for an answer.

Again, thank you for taking your time to do this. It is greatly appreciated.

No... you don't have to take another picture... that one is wonderful! It is very clear and readable. I think since I wasn't expecting it I didn't think of the space there. Thanks again :)

After I saved the picture and viewed it blown up on my computer I can see that the "Wespe" is the marker behind this one. The marker has a cylindrical shape and space in between.
Thanks again for the good picture or I couldn't have made that out...

Thank you so much for the picture of this grave marker. It almost looks new... Now I have a mystery as to why "Wespe" is on the marker, as her maiden name was "Willey" (unless the family tree is wrong, which is always possible). I see there are others by the Wespe last name in the cemetery, and I'm sure in time it will come to light. She and her baby died in childbirth or soon after, and possibly it is the baby's name, but one would think that would be better noted on the marker.
Thanks again for the picture... with all the bad weather everyone is getting it is just wonderful to get a day nice enough to go out and get photos!
