|Annette Gauthier||RE: Catherine Auld Claar|
Hi Joan, Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I am related. Catherine Auld Claar's mother was Catherine Grove Auld. She is my 3rd great grandmother. I'm amazed that you could figure out the distant relationship. It's fun to connect with people who have an interest in lineage. My children accuse me of being more interested in dead people than living people. But I've been doing this since I was 16, and I'm 71 now. Happy hunting! Annette Gauthier

Hi Joan, I noticed you left a flower on Catherine's grave site in Watson Cemetery. Are you related to the Aulds? Annette Gauthier

|Robin||RE: Photo of stone for Allen J. Vanderweyden|
You are welcome for the photos. I am guessing Allen J Sr is in the same plot. There are many graves at Crown Hill that have incomplete dates on headstones or no headstones at all. If you are interested you could call the Crown Hill office and they could tell you if and what date he was buried.

You're welcome. Oh, my...glad some folks caught it about the Julian calendar...I see the five footnotes on the article you suggested. I made a copy for reference. Thanks, again! Janet

Joan ~ Thanks so very much for posting the web site address on the above Memorial. I found your "Flowers Note" by "accident" while researching another person's family!
Personally, I have a lot of Quakers in my Paternal/Pennsylvania & Maternal/Long Island families. You have helped me a great deal with the knowledge of the B/D date differences in the world of The Friends/Quakers!
Blessings to You and Yours!

Thanks Joan, when I get some time, I'll look those up. I have taken about all the markers at Coloma and put on Find A Grave. I have to clean a few before I can take them. I just hadn't gotten back there to get it done. Thanks for reminding me and when my back improves, I'll do it. geraldine

While taking the photo of Arthur's stone, I also took one of his wife's stone. If you will create a memorial for her, I will be glad to attach the photo. Please let me know when the memorial is done.

Thanks for sending the info, I have added it. That is a little confusing!
Thanks for the kind words, I am very happy and blessed to create these memorials. But, alas, I cannot take credit for the photos, those were taken by someone else, as I don't live in the area. It is so wonderful that all of us can work together to make this a fantastic site. Let me know if you want Rachel or any of the family transferred over to you.
Take care and have a good weekend!
