My name is Nancy Ferrell Neal and Layton (Leighton) Ferrell is my father's great grandfather. I was curious has to how you were connected to the Ferrell's. I have been trying to figure out Layton's father and mother for quite a while so I am open to any information that you might like to share with me. Thank you for posting the nice information on Find-a-grave.

RE: Lillie Briard
Patricia, I thought of you when I was working on Lillie's page - I don't get up that way much anymore since my cousin, Dot Poe passed away. She and I spent a lot of time together. Appreciate the transfer - I am still working on Hollywood, even after so many years - just about everyday, sometimes for many hours in a day. I keep trying to add full names, full dates and link them together, so they are not forgotten.

please send me the #'s for the graves you want transferred. I don't get on here often since I don't have internet at home.

I go to Oak Hill a lot. Many family members there. I wish the Sexton was there more. It's hard to get info and plot placement for burials after 1986.

Your welcome, glad to help out anytime. That's cool, I don't have any relatives living close by to Chattanooga, it's just me and my parents, by I'd be happy to help out too. I found more information by looking at the obituaries at the Chattanooga Public Library. If you live close by to Chattanooga and if you are interested, maybe you can also find obituaries of memorials that you've found and added too at the Chattanooga Public Library.

Hello,

I do not know if you are related to these Walton county Guthries but Mollie Guthrie was the daughter of my great great uncle Rufus Guthrie who was from Walton co.

Rufus was my grandfather's favorite uncle!! He had helped his brother Thomas W.'s family after Tom was killed in the War between the States. Tom was my granddaddy's grandpa. .

I am trying to get the whole family together on my memorial pages.

Since I manage her parents and some ofher siblings, children and her paternal Grandparents, I was hoping I could manage her memorial too.

Thank you,
Nan

With it being a famous memorial I am unable to update it. The info will have to be sent straight to the Findagrave admins.

RE: campground
Thank you for all your help. I was hoping for a list to take to the cemetery to see if they were on it. I do not have a laptop to take. I guess just take pics and go home and check. Have a great day. Brenda

Is there a list
Sorry to bother you again, but I have a question. Is there a list of people who are on find a grave by cemetery? I was at my mom's grave yesterday and thought about taking some pictures but did not know if they were already listed? Thanks for your help. Brenda

Un-Marked Graves
Hi Patricia I am looking for a grave for Nellie Lulu Slaughter her death certificate states she was buried in New Hope cemetery in Cullman, Alabama in November 1947. Is there any way you could tell me if she is buried there in a unmarked grave. Also I'm looking for her mother Fannie Gertrude Slaughter I think she died in 1939 but not really sure about her year of death. Thanks for your help,
Denise

Pat,

could you scan it and send it to me even though it is bad. I was thinking if my mother had any pics, but I think she only had one of his wife. My brothers have all the photos. I will see what I can dig up. Thank you.

Jim

Pat,

was wondering if you had found that pic of my great grandfather Robert Wood Farmer. If so, can you e-mail it to me at james.barrett@navy.mil and post it on his grave site. Thank you.
