You're welcome. I took photos of each half of that headstone. Will the photo on the site suffice or do you want the halves uploaded separately.=?

Bonnie, you are most welcome, but I don't remember adding a Cross Cemetery, is it known by another name?

I wish i could tell, you off the top of my head, i cant. There is a map made by a building in the cemetery and it stated this is where he is...which one i dont know. And no there is nothing on either stone , sorry. Tamara

I had to drive right by today, so I stopped and looked again. I had written down before that it looked like "Melieta" but what looked like the "li" could be and "h" making it "Meheta". The rest seems to agree: wife of Ebenezer Hathaway, died Jan. 20, 1829.

I don't know of any name for the cemetery itself. It is a very small cemetery.
Ebenezer's stone is in very poor condition, and I couldn't see the date. I'm sure it could be 1844 - 4's often look like 1's.
The stone for "Meneta" I completely missed the first time I was there. I found it on the ground the next time partially covered with grass. The name is somewhat hard to read, but I could go back and look again - it isn't far from my house.

Bonnie: Your more then welcome, i really love the challenge of finding the cemeteries and then the stone's. I even get my hubby or sometime's one of my kid's to tag along, so it turns out to be a family time together event and help's someone else at the same time. So, if your request is still open in the spring, i will get them done for you...
