am wondering where you found Edna's last name. Otto was grandpa's brother - and we always thought Edna's last name was Wagner or Wegner.

Thanks Robin, I did get in touch with a first cousin of his and he said he was married once many years ago. There wasn't any children so that answered my questions. Thanks again for the photos.

Thank you for the great photos of the John Savell memorial. I had added the memorial a few weeks ago and I wasn't sure I had the correct cemetery. So your photo is really appreciated. I also was curious to know if he was interred by anyone as I have no knowledge of his wife. His mother was a Peters so just curious also to know if there were any Peters close by. Thank you for scanning the area.

|Marcia Lynne vonGunden||Compliment|
Aren't you the sweetest. Thank you. I really needed to hear that. I understand completely what you are saying. In the past I have had some real difficult people thrown in my path. It seems to me that we all work hard to do what we do. I started this when my grandson was born in 1997 and I realized there was so much that I didn't know about my ancestors and was no longer able to ask either of my parents.
I spend hours at my desk almost everyday and then have had some encounters with individuals that are beyond rude. I do not always agree with the four generation rule set up by F*A*G...if they are family why shouldn't they be cared for by family??? Don't get me started.
Anyway, again, thank you for your very sweet note to me.

|Michael Lee||John Williams III|
Hi Robyn, One of the graves you manage is that of John Williams III b 1520 d Aug 27 1578 in St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, UK. As I live in this town I want to fulfill a photo request for this memorial. It is only going to be readable if it is within the church and I wonder if you have any further information about its whereabouts as I have photographed all the memorials inside this church that I can find and this is not one of them. If it is a floor memorial it is possible that it has been covered by carpet but only the vestry and choir vestry are carpeted. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much for taking a picture of our relative's headstone. If you are ever in the area, please see if you can give me directions on how to find it. I'd like to do some maintenance on the headstone since it is in such disrepair.

I didn't notice a grave for Malinda but I will look for it the next time I go. I'm about 50 miles from the cemetery so I'm not sure when I'll be going back but I'll let you know if I find it. Would you like me to post the pic for W.R. Rice?

|Ming||Worley Rice photo request|
I found a grave at Willow Hole Cemetery for a W.R. Rice but the birth date is 1832 not 1838, the death date is 1907. If this is the right person I will post the photo to his memorial page. Let me know.

|William Wessels||RE: suggestions|
I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I've been adding links to the memorials of Prairie Valley and a few others. My research has shown confusion when our ancestors "Americanise" their names, resulting in discrepancies with the Birth and Marriage records as well as the Certificates of Death. My campaign was to provide their full names with the nick names. Many names were also found in the records of St. Peter Lutheran church. My efforts are to honor our ancestors with full names so that generations from now can find accurate information should they become interested in researching their ancestors. As years go by, much information is (and was) lost and it is important to me to be thorough and accurate. Again I apologize. My efforts were only meant to be constructive.
