I have entered of 9,000 stones and have transferred all of them to others except the ones that are in my family tree. You have requested one of those individuals. So as much as I hate to not help you with the transfer I prefer to keep the family ones in my name.

Lol, be careful what you ask for; not only did I transfer the two that you asked for, but sent you the other ones that I had for that cemetery. Hope they all belong to your Gracey family. Thanks for asking for them; I like it when family finds the memorials and asks to care for them. Let me know if there are any others you need. Robin

|Bonne Watts||Found my answers|
After I e-mailed you I found the answers to my questions by looking at your great grandmothers obit (Viola Kindred Brown Woods)
Still would love to hear from you and meet you if you live in or near Bay City, if I can make it up there.

I'm writing again to see if you can remove the map of Calvary Cm from the Heavenly Rest Cm page.
It would really throw a newbie off if they tried to use that map at Heavenly Rest.
Sorry to pest you on this but just noticed it is still on.
Happy hunting in your research. I know of some of your names but don't think I could be much help in your search, unless they are in Bay County records or some that our society in Bay County has done.
Thank you so much, Sally

Hello: I wonder if you could remove the map you have on the Heavenly Rest Cm page. The map you put on is of Calvary Cm down the road from Heavenly Rest on Old Kawkawlin Road. Just so some wouldn't get confuse by it.....and I thank you. Have fun researching. Sally

I am not sure who this is but I know I am not your mom...lol. But the information that I have stating that he died in Flint, Michigan came from the Civil War database that I use.

The only thing I know is what was written in the cemetery book published by the Washington County Historical Society. They had walked the cemetery years before. As you can see the photo I later took of the stone bears the truth of what they published. The only thing different is that when I looked back at the book I had not made a link to the infant. There are a a lot of stones in that old cemetery that cannot be read. Some have been destroyed and others??
So sorry I am unable to help with your search.
Good luck to you.

Transfer done. In future, please use the EDIT tab in the upper right hand corner of the memorial for which you are requesting a transfer. Once you click on EDIT, click on Suggest a Correction, then explain what you need. Some people will not do a transfer from a public message (or e-mail), and the Edit tab is the correct way to do it. Just wanted to give you a heads-up.
Happy searching and graving! :-)

|Sheila Motko ||RE: Hello Sheila|
I am sure they are that means we are cousins...why cool. My father once told me "If you meet someone with the Motko/Matko last name we are related to them". My parents are buried out here in Southren California..I know most of the Ohio Motkos are buried at Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland.My grandparents were Agnes and Joe , my grandfather was the first Motko to be born in America. I myself have a son Gary, and a granddaughter Hannah Marie. I remember a family reunion once in Bay City,MI ..wonder if you were there..it was around 1976. My parents drove a light blue car..a Cordova with light blue interior..I must have been 15 years old..think it was in July. Spent most of the time in the car listening to the radio..

|Sheila Motko ||Hello|
Hi my name is Sheila Motko, You did a memorial for Frank and Mary Motko of Bay City Mi..Well I could be a Great niece of Franks. My grandfather was Joesph Matko/Motko..long story as to spelling..but never the less he was a Motko. If he (Frank) is my uncle, he would have been born in Hungary about 1893. My grandfather was the frist of the children of Jonas/John Motko and Mary/Marie Motko.both buried in Cleveland. I too am searching for my family history. Motko/Evansick and Matthies/Herd .I went to a reunion for the family back in 1976 in Bay City at my Great Aunt Marys house. If you were there..you may have remember a power blue Chrysler Cordoba ..my parents car..If not..well I would love to have a friend on here as well..
God Bless Barb
