Would you consider giving management of this Memorial # 22473556 to me since he is my great-grandfather? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I believe this is the son of Humphrey Beckett Tomlinson. You may want to correct the death year. The headstone looks like Aug 24, 1864.
If you use the date calculator his birthdate would have been May 24 1798 which the year know on HBT's child known as Notley matches.
Do you also know where or have a photo of the headstone for Humphrey Beckett Tomlinson b. Nov 14, 1744 MD and died Mar. 1 1825 in Iredell Co.
According to family lore he would be my 4th great grandfather. Any help you can give me I would appreciate.

Thank you VERY MUCH for the photos for my Uncle Carl and Aunt Vada. I had almost given up on getting photos for them as I had requested almost 2 years ago. If you are near this cemetery could you take another photo showing the full monument? I would truly appreciate it.

Was glad to make the transfer. It is always good to have memorials in the hands of family.

Thank you for linking James Harris to his parents and for setting me straight on the location of the cemetery! I really appreciate it! I deleted the entries I added to the incorrect cemetery and transferred another memorial over, so they're all listed in the correct location now. Thank you for all your help! Take care, and Happy Easter! "-)

Thanks for the request. I would be happy to make a transfer, but you need to use the edit button and state a relationship. Because of misuse of others I am increasingly reluctant to make transfers unless I know the relationship. I'm sure you would understand.

|Faerietaleprincess||Transfer if possible|
You made a memorial for #58823836. I was wondering if you would consider a transfer. My dad was not only a brother on the force with him but he decided to become a NCSHP because of him. We considered him our extended family. And I have his obit. Also, pictures I can get from my dad with the family.
Thanks for any help, and for honoring Roger!! He WAS THE GREATEST FRIEND, FATHER, SON, HUSBAND AND DADDY! Oh the stories between these two men who I look & looked up to.
Thank You again~

|Robert C. Peurifoy||Mooresville Cemeteries|
Thanks for the offer of help. I may send you on some journeys. I've been through most of the cemeteries in Iredell County. Every third weekend I go through Mooresville. My Mom lives in Concord and is 88. I live in Boone. Try to go back and forth by avoiding I-77. Usually down 115. I listed the Gates Memorial Columbarium on Find A grave (aka: Central UMC Columbarioum). Sometimes miss things. Am trying to help with photographing Glennwood Cemetery.

|Robert C. Peurifoy||Methodist Pastors|
Thanks for the virtual cemetery for the Pastors of Broad Street UMC. Several years ago I started a virtual cemetery for all the Pastors of the Western North Carolina Conference. It proved daunting and very time consuming. Plus I had given all my Conference Journals away. They are a valuable resource as each contains a complete memorial for clergy who have died in the past year. Only about a third list a cemetery and there are now over 1,200 just since 1968. Haven't given up on the project, just put it off to buy a house and get my wife out of Duke Divinity School! Have about 160 done or located, only 1,000 more to go! I often drive through Church cemeteries just to see if I can spot a stone with the Methodist Clergy Medallion on it.
You're virtual cemetery helped to add to that number.
p.s. I am a medically retired United Methodist Pastor of 30 years of service.
