Okay great. It's funny though how sometimes dates can be wrong and then you don't know which is the correct one. I have in my family Bible that the twins ( the 2 Mary's ) were born on June 3rd. But apparently it is saying on her gravestone that she was born on the 2nd. Hmmm? Oh well, at least it's close.
I didn't even have a date for when Ann Tamson died, so this is helpful. I did have Mar 1832 as her birth date.
I've made up F.A.G. pages for both of them both now. Thanks again.

PS - you said daughter's Ann & Mary.
I have Tamson 'Ann' Adams who married William Morgan Irby II.
Is that one you are talking about? I guess she might be called Ann Adams Irby.
Then there was 2 Mary's. They were twins.
Mary Dix Adams was born in 1830 and died a month later.
Her sister Mary Reeves Adams lived and married Robert Wilson Vaden. So her stone would probably read Mary Adams Vaden. She died in 1906.

Hi there again. Thank you for the info. on where you took the pictures. Is there a way I can contact you other than posting a public message here? Or maybe you can contact me? That would be really great.
I finally figured out how to work Lat & Long. I'm in Maryland and hope to make a trip down to Virginia soon to visit my family's old home and the cemeteries down there.
Did you happen to notice at this cemetery if Samuel's wife's grave was there too? Her name was Tamson Ann Dix Adams.
Samuel was the only member of his immediate family to have survived a yellow fever epidemic. We aren't sure where his parents or siblings are buried either.
They were friends with the Vaden family and Samuel and his wife were supposed to be buried together in the Adams-Vaden cemetery or Vaden-Adams cemetery. So, I'm guessing this is it.
Perhaps other missing family members are also in this cemetery. You had said you took other pictures of grave stones that day you were there. This is why I have to ask if you might have any more photos of our family's grave stones? You don't know how long we have been looking for this mysterious cemetery. Decades!
Again you have my thanks.
