Gina Reese
Hi, Dave.
I transferred Gina's memorial to you. I emailed you before about her memorial, when you sponsored it, but the email bounced. I couldn't find it to send it again, but you basically know everything I told you in it anyway.

Yes, I knew her. She moved back to this area (Russell County, KY) for a few years before she went to Maine. Her parents and grandparents were from here. I lost touch with her too and found out about her death through a Google search.

I hate that she died alone and went for months without a burial. I did speak with the woman that made the arrangements to express my gratitude; she didn't even know Gina but spearheaded the effort to finally get a proper funeral for her. And Gina was a veteran. That is shameful.

Thank you for sponsoring her memorial. Sorry to be so late responding to you.

You're very welcome, Dave. Did you see the directions to the stone? If not, click on the photo and the caption will tell you where to find it. Then just enlarge the map and the directions will make sense.
Best wishes.
