|Kaye Hardendorf Dyer||RE: Memorial 29619341 Ann Hardendorph|
Hi, Justin, no It still hasn't been resolved. I'm thinking it is for Georgannia Hardendorf Smalley. Ann's daughter. We know she was buried there. Then one of the Smalley's had a new stone put somewhere for her, with a wrong spelling of her name. Or it could be the headstone for Benjamin since only the footstone for Benjamin (BSH) is around. Thanks for asking and if you are ever back there, would appreciate a look see. And, the bush does look wicked. Was it damaging the stone. Perhaps the cemetery could cut it back. Or maybe next summer I can make a trip to my Dad's home city. Have a nice Thanksgiving.

Justin, when you took this photo a couple of years ago for me, did you notice the stone behind Ann's. I have been searching for Georgianna Smalley's grave for a couple of years also. Someone put in a new stone for her but her name is spelled wrong. If you even go back to Thayer please look for me. Thanks. Kaye Hardendorf Dyer

I wanted to thank you for your efforts in photographing my grandmother (Jimmie L. Sparks) and grandfather (Everet E. Sparks) grave-sites at the Thayer Cemetary. I'm sure all of my family will be very pleased to see the headstones of my grandparents.
I never knew my grandparents. I was born in 1952 in Norther California. My grandmother (Jimmie) died in 1945 and my grandfather (Everet) was living in Montana with an aunt. He did travel to my childhood home in Northern California in the early 1950's. I have a photograph of him holding me when I was about 11 months. That was the only time I meant him (way before my memory). We never traveled to Montana to see him. He passed away many years later in an old folks home in Chester, Montana. After his death, my aunt sent his body back to The Thayer Cemetery to be in-turned alongside his wife (Jimmie) who had passed away 27 years earlier.
Your efforts are very much appreciated by all in my family.
Thanking from the bottom of my heart,
Phil Abel (F.A.G. #47237215)
