RE: Headstone for Harold Leroy Edwards
Thank you for the fast response. I wasn't sure if there was one. Only hoped. I really appreciate all of you that walk the cemeteries and take the photos of headstones. it really helps those of us that can't do it our selves. I live in California and most of my family is in Midwest. Again I thank you.

Headstone for Harold Leroy Edwards
Julia, I see that you have taken a lot of photos of headstone in the Walnut Hill Cemetery and I had requested a photo of a headstone some time age and was wondering if you might have taken a photo of that headstone by chance during one of your days of photographing the cemetery by chance. I am looking for Harold Leroy Edwards infant son of Elmer Howard and Lula Ethel CHRISTENBERRY Edwards. He died December 1912 at the age of 2 months. Lula Christenberry is the daughter of Joseph Christenberry. She is my grandmother. Any help would be apprecitated. Thank you.

Dan Stropes
Gilley
Hi Julia,
While doing research on the surname Gilley I noted you have listed a large number of Gilley memorials in Southern Indiana. Nancy Ann Hammond Gilley is my 4th GGM. Her husband, James P. Gilley is buried in TN. I was wondering - are you related to the Gilleys? I am working to establish the ancestral relationship between Gilley, Comer, and Stropes. Thanks for recording these memorials. If you are related I may be asking you questions as my research progresses. Regards, Dan Stropes

Re: Thomas Berry
Do you know anything about him? I'm trying to connect him to my 2 great grandma Mary Elizabeth Berry Vice. I think he may be her father. She was born in Indiana in 1881 and lives in Rutherford, Martin County, Indiana like he does. Please let me know if you have any info.

It appears they will not remove the duplicate.

Thank you for the fine clear photo you posted for Mr Meurer in Sandborn Cemetery. Could you also add that photo to his wife Naomi's memorial.

RE: Catherine A Sherman Frantz Colings
Thanks, Julia! Honestly, it might be that the large area above Catherine's name was *intended* for William Collins' name. To me, it does lend a bit of credence to what I'd thought a wacky idea - that at the age of 82+ he traveled with his son to Florida and died there. I might never know...

RE: Find stone
It looked like it was in a pile possibly at the west end of the cemetery. I don't know any one by that name in the Frye family, that is why i was asking. I am not good at all on computers so no transfer at this time and thank you for posting most of my family on find a grave.

Thank you, Julia! I am in Tucson, Arizona. I may go home next year, and go to Ohio as well. I'll try to fill in some gaps for Dunlap if I do go.

RE: Catherine A Sherman Frantz Colings
Yes, #41076164 is her first husband, William Frantz - they had lived in Terre Haute. After his death, Catherine married my 2nd great grandfather, William Collings/Collins. They were married for 27 years and so it makes sense that she is buried at Dunlap (with many others Collins - I own the remaining 3 spaces of my family's plot). I am wondering if William could possibly be on that expansive top of Catherine's stone. Thanks, as always, for your help!

Hi Julia, by any chance do you have this FULL headstone? I'm wondering if someone else is engraved above Catherine - someone like her husband William Collings/Collins? I am searching for William Collings/Collins, as I do NOT believe that he traveled to Florida and died there.
Thanks!
Lynne

Thank you deeply for taking the photo of Christina's headstone. I live in upstate NY near the Canadian Border. I believe Christina to be my 3x ggm. Her husband Samuel Myers migrated to Iowa after her death as well as some of their children. Thank you again, Marilyn Myers
