See memorial in Pine Hill Cemetery for Irene Lowder Sims #97659145. A volunteer has now made a picture of the gravesite.

Please delete the memorial in McBee Cemetery.

Thank you,

RE: Charles Coleman Hough
Hello Peka,
You are welcome for the transfer. Even though it may not have fallen into Find A Grave guidelines, the fact is, you are family and I am not. I believe all memorials should be in the care of family. I am happy that I was able to create the memorial for Charles and I know that you will be able to care for it better than better than I could.

Thanks for the info on my duplicate memorial. I'm going to delete it. Dana Find A Grave member # 47235925 has Mr. Pound 70310769 being buried at St. James Luth. Cem. at Summit, but he's buried at St. James Luth. Cem. in Red Bank.

Memorial Transfers

I realize that it is not within Find A Grave guidelines but I was wondering if you would possibly consider transferring three of my family member's memorials to me? I would like to add quite a bit of information to them and it would be a little easier than sending it all to you to do. The memorial numbers are: 45225749 Winnie McRay (my GG Grandmother), 45225729 Henry McCrey (my GG Uncle), 52707931 Margaret McCray Mattox (my GG Aunt). Thank you for your consideration.

thank you for the alert on my duplicate memorial. I had looked for him in search but see why I missed it. I misspelled the last name! I have deleted my entry.

I'm going by what is on the death certificate and the memorial set up in Pine Hill Cemetery along with other Sims. Since her husband died so many years before her, and she was living with her daughter in Burlington, I thought maybe the daughter decided to bury her there. I'm requesting a picture of the tombstone from Pine Hill. Do you have your photo to post of gravesites in McBee? I'll let you know when a volunteer responds to my photo request for Pine Hill.

Sorry for the confusion....

Hope you have a great week,
Jane #47673022

Thank you for processing requests so quickly. Every member of my family is important to me. I feel so satisfied when each memorial has a picture, and all the family members are connected. Your diligent work is greatly appreciated!

Ricky D.
Byrd Family
That's neat. My grandparents were Byrds, and I have a good many (distant) relatives who still live in that area. Don't get up that way very often, though.

Thanks again for all of the info you shared. Let me know if you come across any more.

Louise Horton Byrd & James L Byrd
Thanks for the info you sent on these two memorials. I have started making the changes and should have both of them updated shortly.

One quick note on Louise H. Byrd -- I think I entered her last residence (Jefferson) instead of where she actually died. Thank you for correcting that.

By the way -- think I've asked you this before but I don't recall. Are you related to the Birds/Byrds? (And if so, are you coming to the reunion this weekend?)

RE: Pearl Robinson
Thank you for helping us remember Pearl:) We come across so many tragic stories while researching our family history. My sister's only daughter died in 2007 at age 25. Mary was born with a congenital heart defect. She was newly wed. One day she went into the bathroom and closed the door, when she stayed too long her husband went to check on her. She left suddenly. My sister nor my mother will recover in this lifetime. Thanks for being a friend and for the time to give to Find-a-Grave.

Find A Grave Memorial# 54060110
Memorial for Dille Maude (Parks) Wentz. I'm trying to find street address for Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery which is listed as being in Camp Creek, Lancaster County, South Carolina, USA.

I can't seem to find it on any map program. Would this be the correct street address?

4146 Shiloh Unity Rd
Lancaster, SC 29720

Pearl was fourteen-years-old when she accidentally shot herself while retrieving her father's shotgun from his truck in preparing to go hunting. Thank you for helping us remember her.

RE: Frances Catoe Eubanks
Thanks for your help. The only thing I question is, the daughters obituary states her father's name was Jesse and the memorial has James. I know families do give incorrect names when giving info for the obituary. This could be the case with James/Jesse.

RE: Death Certificates
Thanks so much for your note...I have dealt with quite a few of these people in the years I have been on here. I, like you, am glad these do not have my name attached as the person who added them....(obits, survivors, etc.) So I guess I shouldn't let it bother thing with the death certs is I have had people add them on murders and suicides....just too was a father that killed his six children and then himself...they finally removed the certificates with my asking twice.
Always nice to meet a "normal" on this site.
Have a great weekend.
