Andrew Flatt, Quaker Cemetery
I'm looking for information on Henry Stull b. 1811 d.1885. His parents were born in New Jersey, but I have no other information. Also, I'm wondering who provided the new veteran's stone for Andrew Flatt. It's very nice! Andrew was my 6 greats grandfather.

How did you find out that Andrew is buried in this cemetery? I've contacted the Quakers at Haverford College, but they can't find any Stull or Flatt records,

Thank you--keep up the good work!

David Stull

Terry Busha
Dennis Oliver Busha
I am Terry Busha. Dennis Oliver Busha was my great great grandfather. I can't find any history of his ancestors. I have heard that he came from Montana but can't verify. My dad was Dorwin, his dad was Carl and his dad was WG (Worwick George) Busha.

Do you have any history about Dennis Oliver?

What is your husband's lineage back to Dennis Busha?
Thanks

LeRoy Campbell
I do remember his grandmother being called Mrs. Silver, but that's all I know of LeRoy (and you have a copy of it - mostly data).
I have a grand-daughter playing for the Razorbacks in Fayetteville - hope to be out to watch her play sometime next year. She's on the Razorback's softball site: Linnea Ketcher

S L Campbell
Leroy Campbell
Hi,
I saw your family tree on Ancestry. Leroy Campbell was my grandfather's brother. I noticed that for birthplace, you mention that he was born in a tent near the Arkansas River. I would really love to hear more about this to help me fill in some details about my great-grandmother Gracie Silver(Leroy's mother). She lived with us during her last years, but I don't know all that much about her life story. So any information you have about Leroy's birth and childhood, I would be very glad to know.

Leroy's parents were George Foster Campbell (who is buried in Porterville, CA - he died in 1944 in a car accident, along with his brother Archie) and Grace Silver Campbell Grissom, who is buried in the San Diego area next to my grandfather. I'll look up the name of the cemetery, which slips my mind at the moment.

Your cousin Deborah suggested I contact you, and I'd love to hear from you.

Johnson Lowrey: 32547198
I have info on him: He is is the son of Ellis Lowrey and Elizabeth Downing and had a sister named Katie Lowrey Elliot. By the way: Grandpa Charles Perkins Reese lived with Ellis Lowrey thru 2 census' - so for quite a few years! And they are not connected by blood (so far as I've researched - must have been just really good friends - born within the same year.

Desoto Starr
Sam "Pony" Starr
Hello.

I love your photo of the grave of Sam Starr in the Starr Cemetery in Briartown, OK. But I believe you might have the name confused with another Sam Star. The Sam Starr buried here is indeed the son of Tom Starr, Sr., and this Sam was the husband of Myra Belle Shirley. But Sam Saguila "Pony" Starr was the son of Tom, Jr. Pony was born in June of 1876 and in 1901 married Cassie ("Kassie" on the marriage license, filed in Muskogee (OKhttp://www1.odcr.com/detail.php?Case=051-MLI%200K00457A&County=051-). If you Google Nina Starr ca. 1920's you can find more about his relationship to Nina and maybe even contact the author of that site, a relative, if you need more name verification. Thanks for all your good work.

Hi there.
It was a pleasure. I respect the life that others have lived, and feel a special kinship with those who are very close to their family members. Contact me any time. We too have these lines in my family: Thompson (owned one of my grandfather's who changed his name to Davenport; but his brother Dan remained a Thompton (GA); and the Griffins from GA; Proctor by marriage through my aunt. If you leave a number the next time you email me at the yahoo address, I can call you also. Oh yes, what is the origin of your name?
