I finally got it done. First cold, then heat, then humidity, then rain, lots of rain. Enough excuses. Glad I could get the picture for you. Hope everything is well with you.

|Allan Dombroski||RE: Francis Busch|
You are welcome. I hope the photos help. This was a little confusing to start but if you read the captions to the photos, you will see that the footstones, although the footstones are spelled "Bush" instead of "Busch", made it clear that this was Francis' grave as the Busch Family stone shows "Frank Busch" instead of "Francis Busch". Also, knowing that Francis had two wives made the footstones invaluable as their names are on the footstones also. I added some photos to Ellen Busch's and Anna Busch's memorials. It is difficult to read but Anna Leary is on the Busch Family Stone also. Sorry this is a little long winded but I felt I needed to explain.

|Kathleen Fleury Bilbrey||Spring Hill Cemetery|
As you have probley are over 130 requests that have not as yet gotten fullfilled and they may not either if the requestors dont call the Spring Hill office for the locations .
So you may have to delete the original request and do over by calling the Cemetery office for location of interment.
I suggest you may have to call the Funeral Home Office and ask for the locations of any of your loved ones . And then put the location section in the request so the people who go to take pics wont have to go to the office to ask for the locations .
The last times I went to ask for locations , the people in the office there said, they would have to charge non family members 5 dollars to look up locations, because they were much too busy helping the family members of interments .
Good luck in your Ancestry searches.

I will be glad to. Maybe when the weather breaks a little. I know we're not having the severe weather you probably are, but we're rather unused to what we are having right now.

|Dale M. Grimes||RE: James M Barnett|
Pictures would be great. To give a little more information that her Grandauther may or may not know. Sallie's Parents names are James Eli Grimes (28 May 1834 to 11 Mar 1904) and Catherine (Morris) Grimes (Jan 1835 to 10 Jan 1916). Both died in Franklin,Arkansas. Don't have any other information on her. Just got to this point a few days ago. Been working on their kids to verify them. James Eli Grimes's parents are Wilson Grimes(09 Nov 1801 to 04 Sep 1866)and Rachel (Kerr)Grimes(11 Oct 1804 to 01 Aug 1852). Both died in Wayne county Tennessee. Their grave are (so the story goes)on the old Wilson Grimes farm. It is located across the road from the Philadelphia church on Hwy 64. It is now owned by the Shull's. Went there once to look for them but no luck. I don't know how much she already knows but if I can give her any more information let her know I would be happy to do so.

|Dale M. Grimes||James M Barnett|
James M Barnett married Sallie A. Grimes my 3rd cousin 2x removed. I have been working on my tree for only about 2 years. My sister had worked on it for years until she passed away. Sallie is a decendant of a William Grimes who was born in North Caroline or Ireland (have not been able to prove either way). The family move to Tennessee in 1811 to Maury county Tn. William had three sons William, Luke and John. I am from the John line and Sallie is from the William line. I just want to say thank you for the work you have done here. It has made getting information easier.

|James Edward Hodges||James Franklin Hodges Sr.|
James Franklin Hodges would be my Great Grandfather. We have been looking at the Brewer connection as well. James Had nine children. One of his daughters was a girl named Gertrude Nancy Hodges. Nancy was married to a man named Arthur Brewer... which may reenforce the Hodges/Brewer connection. Both Nancy and her husband Arthur are buried in Mounds Cemetery, New Madrid County. Their memorials can be viewed on findagrave.com .
As a fact, James' death date was recorded in a "Brewer" Bible. However, with that noted, we do not know where he was buried. We suspect he may be buried with his wife Mattie in the New Hope Cemetery located at Marston, New Madrid County, Missouri. If that is so, he does not have a grave marker. We also expect although we cannot prove it... that his young son who died from eating bad bologna is buried near his mother. The problem is that people in South East Missouri did not do a good job getting death certificates recorded... and no one seems to have the burial records for the cemetery as it is an abandoned Methodist cemeter. If you go to Mattie's memorial... it has links to all of her children.
Let me know if I can tell you more.

Thank you, once again, Barb. Do appreciate your returning to the cemetery to check for the possibility of the headstone being that of Elizabeth Sarah Morrison. It is so exciting to see these headstones and add them to the family tree.

|JD||Morrow and Davis - Salem PBC Cemetery|
The Davis twins are not listed by name at the Cemetery. The marker has "Infant Davis, 11 August 1950, son of Ralph and Sue". Is this the right Davis family?
Samuel Morrow shares a marker with Annie May Morrow and Mattie Sue Morrow. This marker is very worn and maybe hard to spot. All died in 1914. I have always wondered what happened to causes such a tragedy - fire or sickness I suppose.
I don't remember anything about Nancy Morrow, but I am sure there is a marker in the cemetery if David Montgomery listed it.
I have not been to the cemetery in a long time, but I will go in the near future and will try to get the pictures you want and post them.
