Re: Anna Hed
Hi,
I wanted to thank you for investigating Anna Hed's potential burial in the Muir cemetery. I'm not sure where to go next, but it's indeed interesting to know that there is no recording of her burial in that cemetery. Thank you so much for your thorough approach! It means a lot--the Heds' story is one of the most fascinating in my family histories and I'm always glad to have another piece of information regarding them!

RE: Dixon
Sharon,

Thank you for the pictures for Edward and Emma. It is sad what time and weather does to the headstones. The winters must be very hard on the cemeteries. I had been able to find the same information on the family - thanks for passing it along. From what I could find, Edward was Carrie's third husband. I had seen the info. on Nellie and Rosa Dixon, but I think they might be another Dixon family, not unless they were Edgar's daughters. A road to check out another time.

Sharon, thanks again, so much for all your help! It is much appreciated. Have a great weekend.

Take care,

Margi

Barbour
Sharon and Son,
Thank-you for taking the time to find the tombstones of Edward and Edwin Barbour. I was so hoping we might have an inscription but at least now I know that is not available. The fact that you posted their location is great! Although I have no proof, yet, it would appear tht they are sons of John Newton and Electa T. (Houghton)Barbour. Hiram and Aurilla (Barrett) Houghton must be their grand-parents. I will continue to search for proof on these two and post any documentation on their memorial pages. Again, Thank-you,
Judith

Collier
Nope, I'm not familiar with a George Collier. However, I sure am glad you took a photo of Caroline Collier's tombstone. I just realized that she is the mother of the kids of John Collier. After her death, John apparently married her sister Barbara , my first request for a photo. Thanks for covering all the bases before I wised up!

Sharon,

Thanks so much for the photo for Elnora's memorial. It's so sad that she was killed when she was hit by a train. She was buried with her sister and brother-in-law. I will forward what information I have to you so that you can add it to their memorials.

Thanks again for all your help.

Mary A Tobin
Hi Sharon,
I just wanted to share with you that www.familysearch.org has a new pilot program and I found Mary A Tobin's Death Record on there. Thanks for all your help and I was happy to figure this one out. She wasn't Anastacia so I'm assuming Anastacia doesn't have a stone.

Phebe & Rollin Branyan
Sharon,

Thank you so much for the great photos of Phebe & Rollin's memorials. I especially like the picture showing all the Clark family footstones behind the Clark stone. I was just thinking that I hadn't put in the request for Rollin's photo and you beat me to it.

Your help in adding these pictures to the family memorials is greatly appreciated.

Take care,

Margi

Bishop's Muir Cemetery
Thanks for the photos for the Bishop's. I was at Muir the evening of June 18th and could not find these. Glad you could. The marker spacing makes me think there are unmarked graves there.

I was sitting on the computer when the message came in.... Probably sent the message before you even had time to post the other photos. LOL

Thanks again for the photos. They're fantastic. And thanks for your extra work in researching the family!

Did you happen to get a picture of the entire stone?

RE: Mary Tobin
Hi Sharon,
One last thing I found. Mary Tobin is the daughter of Richard Tobin (Anastacia's brother). I am then going to assume that Anastacia does not have a headstone. Mary is found on the 1860c in Vermontville (b. 1846 in Ireland).

RE: Anastacia Mahar
If you have time that would be great. Thank you for all your help. I found other documents and Annastacia uses the Name Anastacia. I'm wondering if the Mary is her daughter and Mary's middle name was Tobin. I need to find out what the exact dates on the Mary Tobin headstone are to see if they match Anastacia's death certificate.

Go ahead and transfer them to me and I'll do the relationship connections.

Anastacia Mahara
Hi Sharon,
I found a book that says Anastacia and John is the parents of my Anna Devereaux. I have Anastancia's Death certificate if you want to take one of the headstones off and put that on.

RE: Anna Tobin Mahar
Very interesting because my great-great grandma's obituary says she the daughter of Thomas and Anna Mahar. More digging to do I guess. I need to find some census records. ;)
