would let me manage Caleb Embree Smith's
Memorial # 50297353.
He is in Avondale Cemetery in Flint, Mi.
Embree is my grandfather.
The volume of memorials you created
and manage have got to be overwelming
to keep up with during this time of year...
It would sure be nice to see
this one corrected and caught up.

|Shirley Butler||Walter Franklin Grainger|
Hello, I found Walter and his infant son as well as another older son when we were cleaning almost 2 weeks ago. He spelled his name Grainger instead of Granger. He was a Tarrant City policeman who was killed in the line of duty. If you will go to the last name spelled that way, you will find him, Walter, and Charlie. I am the President of the Fraternal Greenwood Foley Cemetery Preservation Society, and was working with a University of Alabama Professor to try and find his grave because the Tarrant city Historical Assoc. was looking for him and had been for years. The cemetery was so overgrown it was like a jungle, but we are making steady progress in cleaning it up.

|SღPRICEღNance||John Marion Nance|
John Marion Nance, nephew of Isham Nance through his brother Hudson lived and died in the Morrill, Brown County area. I contributed his memorial 4 years ago. I had the opportunity to meet his son, Virgil Ward Nance. He was 98 when I met with him. He died at age 104. His son, Bob Nance, typed a letter that Ward sent to me and I included it at the bottom his memorial. He was such a wonderful gentlemen.

|SღPRICEღNance||ISHAM NANCE family|
My name is Shirley Price Nance and I have been researching Isham Nance family since 1985. I located the abandoned Old Archer Cemetery in Richardson County, NE and walked this cemetery and recorded the NANCE' buried there. You have submitted several memorials for his family, including Absilla Nance Powell. The headstones of Isham, Sarah and George I Nance had been broken off for many years, and we cleaned, positioned the headstones for photos. The cemetery is located on private property is not accessible since 1990. The photos of the Archer Cemetery at the cemetery listing are among those photos that I took. I would like to coordinate with you the information you have gathered on the Powell's and any other info that you have also gathered.

|Amy H.||Charles Ring|
I posted the death notice that I found in the newspaper. It's very unlikely that we can find a stone to photograph, as we have searched the burial books and can't find a plot location. I looked on ancestry.com and I believe Charles might have been living in Attica, Indiana in 1860. There is a Charles Ring living with the "Feol" family, which is a different spelling of "Viol", the name of the family at whose home his funeral was held.

|Thelma Roush||Andrew H. Edeen|
James, could you please transfer this memorial to me. Andrew H. Edeen is my grandfather (through marriage to my grandmother, Eve Ann Edeen). I thought that he was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit (along with my mother, Ina Capps, and her sister, Vivian Lenore Edeen) but I will verify that before I enter it in Find A Grave. Thank you so much for entering his information on Find A Grave.

|AK||Find A Grave Memorial# 70524359|
St. Joseph Honey Creek Cemeteries in Comal county Texas consist of 3 different cemeteries. St. Joseph Honey Creek #1 is the oldest cemetery and is very small. Burials are from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. This marker is not in this cemetery - it would be in either St. Joseph Honey Creek #2 or #3 which is located off Hwy. 46. If you just type in Honey Creek Cemetery Comal county #1 is the only one that pops up. It is easy to get confused. There are no new burials in this cemetery so you might want to recheck which Honey Creek this person is buried in.

Do you have an idea why this policeman has not marker on his grave. This is a shame and disgrace because I know for a fact there is a facebook page for him and the bikers had a run for him. Is this just lip service. How much more can you remember him by marking his grave.

|Nancy (Bartz) Zoromski||Richard H. Diamond|
Thank you for posting the information about Officer Richard H. Diamond, he was the nephew of my great, great grandfather and accidently shot in the head by his partner on his first day as a police officer in Detroit, MI 18 Aug 1917!
Because Richard had not taken his oath yet his wife and two children did not receive insurance!! There is a request for his headstone but I am wondering if he even has one as his widow could not afford it.
