Hi Bill, I wanted to check with you regarding this memorial. I have a Mary Jo English Keith with the same birth and death dates. I want to make sure that I didn't create a duplicate. Could you help me with this when you are available. Thank you.

Hi Bill,

I manage a lot of the Reeses as they are my line on my mother mother's side of the family. I would appreciate it if you would transfer the memorial of Louis Henry Reese to me.

However, if you decide to keep it, you could add some data to it. Louis Henry was born in May, 1842 in Alabama and died in 1925 in Wood County, Texas.

I had made a memorial for him in 2012 and just this morning noticed that you already had a memorial for him, so I deleted my memorial.

Hi Bill, if you happen to be at Concord, I know where to find this marker. She went by her middle name, Genette, and her the monument may have her first husband's surname McDougald. The cemetery index has it recorded as McDugald but the date of birth is identical.

She's buried next to my kin and I believe my father knew the family when he grew up in Hainesville. He made some notes and mentions the McDougald's in his notes. There will be 4 McDougald plots together, along the paved path toward the south side of the cemetery parallel to the co. road by the church. I may not be able to get there to photograph, so if you happen to be that way, no worries if someone beats me to it.

Thank you so much for the great image of the marker. As a volunteer here in Ohio I value others who give of their time to be kind to a stranger. Happiness and good health to you and yours.

Thanks for taking the Rogers' headstone photos. I take vol. photos here in Houston, and I know the effort involved. They are parents of a college friend; not related as far as I know, but maybe I will determine we are!! Thanks again.

Wren/Minshew and others
Status Report:

I have been working some more on the WREN line --that's the family where Mr. Wren married three different ladies named Elizabeth. (He didn't make it easy for me, did he?) There is some background information for the WREN, McCAIN, EDGAR, and MINSHEW families now, on the profile page for Mr. Wren's first wife named Elizabeth Ann (McCain) Wren -- just in case you might be interested.

I still cannot find a headstone for Mr. Wren's first wife -- there's probably a missing cemetery in Smith County somewhere -- either on Mr. Wren's 500 acre farm in Mount Carmel, or next to a church. Thanks for updating the memorial pages with the info I have been sending your way... I appreciate your help!

Best regards, Martha

I appreciate your offer. I am in Texas but not near to this cemetery. I just wanted to be sure you had the information that I have about the spelling of the name. Thanks for your reply.

Grave Marked Crough
I am researching my husband's family lines and there is a Mary Elizabeth Crouch (maiden name Pevey) with DOB of 12/3/1856 and date of death as 2/16/1938. These dates are shown on the death certificate. She was married to G.W.Crouch and the death certificate shows that the burial removal was to Sand Springs. I have been unable to locate her grave and thought that the spelling of Crough might be in error. Thank you, W. Jones

RE: L. D. Nicholson #21374488
Bill,

Under the bio. profile information there is a header called Family Links [Edit]. Place your cursor over Edit and left click to open. It will provide a dropdown page where you can enter the #'s that I provided to you under "Parents". This is how you can connect the virtual grave sites to all family members; i.e., children, parents, siblings.

It's easy. You are connecting the numbers of the virtual grave site, found at the bottom of each person's page. Only the person who owns the page can perform this task. Let me know.
