Cindy Souther
Lucius Coleman gravesite
Hello Lisa,
My name is Cindy Souther and Lucius Coleman was my great uncle. His father, Stephen Coleman being my great grandfather, he married Mary Syntha Fitzgerald. She is the daughter of David Fitzgerald and Mary Ann Adams. They are my gggrandparents. Also, Miles Fitzgerald, who is Mary Syntha's brother, is my great grandfather. He married Amanda McCullum.
Now that I've told you my life story I have a few questions.
I would like to ask you if you have to have permission to go to that cemetery?
Also, the pictures that you took....are you going to make them available on Ancestry.com or another site?
Thanks for any and all info.

RE: Lizzie Annie Bowen Grace
I apologize for the picture quality. Back on May 22nd I was driving to Pine Mountain, GA and had to take advantage of passing within an hour of several cemeteries with family members. I actually took this picture then after looking around for this cemetery. I took pictures of all of the graves there and wish I would have reviewed the pictures before leaving as I am about 6 hours away from there and it may be a long time before I go again. The date is 1908 for her death though. A funeral director helped me find this cemetery which is in the woods off of a dirt road. The director had a hardback book with all cemeteries in Telfair county and it shows her death as 1908 as well. There is something inscribed across the top, but I can't make it all out. "Come..." appears to be the first part. I will get a better one if I travel that way again.

Davis, Sarilda
So sorry you did not find Sarilda's grave. I am inclined now to believe it must be one of the unmarked graves in that cemetery. Sad. I hope you were not too inconvenienced. My apologies for not knowing there was no grave marker of any kind. Randall

John A Pearce
Lisa - I too am interested in John A Pearce. I have a sneaking suspicion that he was Julius Asey or Asa Pearce who disappeared from TX and his 2 small children some time before 1920.

I'd be glad to provide further details. My email address is rivermet@aol.com

RE: Barker Family
Hi Lisa. I was happy to take the pics for you, and to find all three of them basically in the same spot. If you look at the picture of the double marker, that is Alan's marker that can be seen at the top of the floral arrangement, and to the right. I have a one picture where you can see the double marker, Alan's marker, and the fountain in the background. They are in the Fountain Section, after all. :) If you will send my your email address, I'll be happy to send it to you: sharonlcook@bellsouth.net

Alee Marvin Pearce
Hi Lisa, there was no headstone for Alee Marvin Pearce. He is on row 16, 11 plots to the West. I did get a copy of his interment order. The informant was his Mother, Mrs. Rhoda Pearce, Gen. Dely. (5220-8th St.), Keyes, Ca.95328. There was a William P. Pearce, 8510 E. Evans Creek Rd., Rogue River, Oregon 97537. I think he paid on the burial. Any questions contact me.

John Pearce
Hi Lisa, I took a picture of Johns headstone today, but did not see one for his wife. The girls in the office were not there so will go back tomorrow and check with them. Do you want a picture of her plot? Minnie
