FOREMAN
RE: Martha Foreman
John R. Borders was listed head of household on 1900 census in which my GGG uncle, William Byrd Foreman, III lived with his wife and daughter.

--- 1900 CENSUS reference -------
Schedule 1 - Population
Lequin District #1513
Supervisor District #5
Enumerator District #89
Sheet #2
Enumerator = James M. Lassiter

HOME LOCATION: ED 89 Militia Destricts 464, 1513, Brewers, Lequin, Newton, Georgia, United States

I am ultimately looking for W.B. Foreman, III and Jr. cemetery/burial locations.

Johnnie & Obera Jett
Took and posted photos today of their headstones. Also posted photo for CH and Julie Jett headstone because they were contained with the same plot. Not sure how they were related...just seemed more than just a coincidence.

Mutual ancesters

Kathleen Aderhold Sitting at state United Daughters of the Confederacy meeting in savannah & thought about you. I've been asked to go to the national meeting in va. I think that would be fascinating, esp if I can take the entire week & make use of the library. I want to take advantage of the opportunity to use the library for research. The meeting is Nov 6-10. In Richmond, Va. If you have any ideas, research, documentation, etc, for any mutual ancesters let me know. I hope to be able to confirm some "facts" & find clues for some of my dead ends. Please use the email 123Katiegrace@gmail.com. -text 912-398-3121. Thanks for your help. Kathleen Aderhold. Savannah,GA

James Washington Clark was the Father of "Nettie" Clark who is my 3rd great grandmother. Her mother was not Caroline Butler. Her mother was before Caroline

RE: Eison family
My mother's memory was apparently not perfect in believing that all but one member of the Eison family are buried in Mt. Pisgah. I have discovered that not only Johnathan Wesley Eison but also Eliza Jane Eison Lamberth are buried elsewhere.

Nancy E. Lowe

Nancy E. Lowe is Nancy Evaline Eison. She is the daughter of W. E. Eison and Mary Irene Mitchell Eison and is buried with the family in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery along with her husband, Davis Bartow Lowe. I have visited these graves many times with my mother, Grace Hughes Sewell, Nancy Lowe's granddaughter. According to my Mother there were eight siblings and all but one [Johnathon Wesley Eison] are buried here.

RE: Findagrave Photo
Jeanne, I am afraid I have been guilty in the past of not asking but I am trying to correct my past errors. I appreciate so much the work everyone does to put these photos and other information on the internet and make it available to everyone. For those of us who cannot travel they are so helpful. So I thank you for the use of these photos. Becky

RE: Update
Do you have much info on the Griffin family? I think George W. Griffin, brother of Robert T. Griffin. Robert married Jewel and was the father of Robert T. Jr. and Eva Pearl.

My pleasure. The markers were totally covered with grass and mud. I tried to trim around them and clean them as best as I could.

Westview Cemetery
Hi
I noticed your photo request. I will be glad to try but since the cemetery is so massive, can you call the office and get the section/lot numbers? They want to charge me for that information. The office number is 404-755-6611. Thanks.

William W. Belk
Yes--the "1835" birthdate is debatable. It came from an Ancestry.com tree, so it could be wrong. I too would prefer to accept the contemporary 1850 census (1838), and the 1918 obituary (1837). Thanks for correcting his name!

William W. Belk
His full name was "William Wright Belk," and his dates were: Feb. 1835 (Georgia) to 1 September, 1915 (Georgia--probably Fulton County). Please make the correction, or transfer to me so I can do so.

Sincerely,
