photo request
Hi, John,
Since you were so kind, I would like to do something for you. How about getting a photo for your person at Holy Sepulchre ? Do you have any other info on him...like does he have a gravestone, etc. or where he is buried. I can't probably do it within the next coming weeks, but will do it. Mygggm is buried there without a stone and I wish to get one but need to go to get info. Just let me know. Thanks again.

RE: Shawn Stone
I did not link his mother Barbara to him as his spouse - If you notice - there is an asterisk next to her name. This means it was linked from Barbara Stone's memorial, I did not add her memorial so I cannot remove the "spouse" link. I will contact the person who created her memorial and linked her as his spouse and ask her to remove the link.

Thank you for letting me know of the error.

Photo Request-German Reformed Cemetery
I saw that you had a message from Donnie, who seems to be very familiar with the German Reformed Cemetery in Louisville. I was there today, looking for George Hoke, but I did not find his stone. However, as Donnie mentioned, there are many Hokes buried in this cemetery. Most are in the back row on the left side of the church. I don't know where you are located, but if you ever get a chance to visit this cemetery, you may find several of your relatives there. I'm sorry that I could not find George's grave for you.

RE: James C Porter
John,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The birth date is from James' obit. In fact they list two birth dates 1987 & 1947, I tried finding James C' birth index on ancestry, his birth was not listed on ancestry.

If James was 66 years old at the time of his death, then his correct birth year would have been 1947.

Thank you,

God Bless

Hey John,

I have photos of several Hokes buried at the German Reform Presbyterian Cemetery. Where can I send them so you can view them?

It is nice to know you take the extra step to make sure of the data. I have found incorrect information online as well.

RE: Rubin May
Do you know the parents of Rubin May? The father of my Ephraim May was Elisha May. I have most of his children but there is a son born before 1800 that I do not know his name. Elisha was born in Mass, lived in Cayuga Co N.Y. in 1800 moved to Ohio about 1810 where Ephraim was born and then moved to Jackson County IN where he died in 1826.

Rubin May
HI, Are you relation to this May family in Jackson County Indiana by any chance? I am searching for the parents of Elisha May who died in Jackson County IN about 1826 and left one son
that was not of age at the time named Ephraim May. Ephraim May married Eunice Mitchell and I don't know who her parents were either--so trying to find May's and Mitchell's. Thanks.
