|Mary Katherine (Kathy Martin) Burrell||RE: Fred Draper sponsorship|
I am not actually related either.
Arthur Elmer Bockes (114015765) and his first wife, Mabel Marguerite "Peg" Axmear Bockes (110802910), almost adopted my Mother, Joyce Darlene Gerard. My Grandmother, Rilla Catherine Fuller Gerard died not long after my Mother was born. Art and Peg had not been able to have children and planned to adopt my Mother, Peg's cousin. Their mutual Grandmother, Mary Ann Taylor Fuller, decided to raise my Mother. Art and Peg did not want to challenge her.
They always sent us gifts at Christmas and we called him Grandpa Art. Since they had no children or grandchildren of their own, I decided to create memorials for them both on Find-a-Grave.
When Elliffen (#48210806) added Art's Obit to the site, it gave me leads to his parents and siblings. Art had two sisters. One was
Florence Anna Bockes Draper and Fred was her husband.
Having said that and written a "history" in this message, I would be honored to have you transfer his memorial to me.
Thanks so much,

|Jr and Carmen||RE: Eldora City Hall|
Thank you for the information. I had sent an email to city hall but never received a response. Do you know of anyone in Eldora that would possibly be able to get a picture of her headstone?

Larry, I am looking for my sister, Sheila Klettke. I believe she is buried in Eldora City Cemetery. Would you have any information or someone I could contact about the cemetery? Thank You.

34647415 at Chester Cemetery that you took a picture of in Hardin County. This would sure help us with ancestors with the Hockett surname.
Added by shirleyw55 on Aug 23, 2012 11:54 AM
Could you take a picture of Isaac's headstone and place it on findagrave? It would really help us.

Larry, is Leonard Purk some of your family or did you post his tombstone pic due to being a volunteer? He is my uncle and if you need someone to "manage" his memorial, I would be glad to do so.

I have added the family links to their pages.
How are you related?? If within guidelines, I would be happy to transfer....I do believe though according to guidelines we are not supposed to add outside links to other websites...If I understood correctly what you were asking to do.
I would be happy to add any information that you are willing to send me.

I am sorry Larry. I misunderstood. I thought the website was for collaborating and sharing information. About adding info for generations to come. Providing Correct, clear and concise data. I thought it was all about the data.
Yes, some out there are all about the numbers. Some just want to be helpful. I transfer and delete memorials on my relatives all the time, if some one else has other information to add or correct.
As I finish the photographic documentation of this cemetery, I will keep your philosophy in mind. I still have about 350 photos to add. Please let me know if you have others buried here. I will be glad to transfer.

Hi, my name is Wanda Heun Balsley and Fannie is my great grandmother. I also noticed other information on Lyman and Elizabeth Bowker. Any other information and pictures that you have and would share would be greatly appreciated. My email address is email@example.com.

|Bill M||Flathers at IVY Cemetery|
I got back to the IVY Cemetery in Walla Walla County and added a few things.
1. I created a memorial for Benjamin B
2. I added a picture for the Baby which died in 1875.
What was interesting is that David P Harris is buried right next to Baby Flathers 1875.
There must be a story there, take a look at the photos.
If you want any of these transferred to you, please let me know.

|Bill M||Flathers at Ivy Cemetery in WA|
Thanks for the thank you note, it's nice to know someone is interested at looking at the photos I've added.
I've added another 6 Flathers to the memorials you've created. I think I've got most of them but I'll have to go back to the cemetery and take another look.
I've emailed to your listed email address a photo of a Benjamin B. Flathers which you haven't listed. You have a Benjamin E but the dates don't match up.
Also if you want the uncropped, unedited photos, I'll be glad to send them also. I shot them at 2000 pixels by 1800 pixels.

I always went to the one in Iowa when I lived there. Unfortunately have not been able to attend for about the past 10 years. But growing up it was always the highlight of my summers.

How cool! My grandmother was Doris Smith Dickenson, she was one of Dan's daughters. I don't think I ever met Ada, but I do remember going to the Smith Boyer reunion one year and Bessie was there.
