You are welcome. I do enjoy visiting the older cemeteries, there is much history to be learned.

Do you happen to know if this is John Campbell perrine? Are you close by where you can get a pic of his gravestone?

RE: Lenor Tate
Boone Tate purchases land in Muskingum Co., OH in 1837 and marries Lenor Maurer. Boone is my Number one stone wall. The family tradition states : His father died, his mother re-marries, Boone and stepfather disagree. Mother sells cow for $8, give money to Boone and tells him to go north. In later years Boone says he was born in "Allegheny". I have searched all of the Alleghenys in PA, VA before 1863, and WV and KY without finding a good candidate. Where did your Tate family live/when?

Lenor Tate
P Syx, Lenor Tate is my GG-Grandmother. Are you a descendant of Boone and Lenor(Maurer) Tate? If so , I am willing to trade information.

RE: Kays
You are very welcome, I posted a few photo's of the Kay family yesterday from Senecaville Cemetery. Do you know if James Kay's parents are William & Martha Kay? Why I ask is I took a photo that has James headstone in front of William & Martha's and if they are I will post that picture also on the memorials if you would like.

The suggested edits have been completed. If you are related I'd be happy to transfer no matter what the relation is. Just let me know. ;)

RE: Syx
very small cemetery, but fairly well kept. If it is a flat stone, level to the ground, it may be hard to see. There are quite a few with no stone(you can tell by flowers there or the ground disturbance.) or just a battered tin marker.

Penny,

Not a problem, happens a lot in the older sections of Forest Hills. I have the photo, just need to upload and post.

Let me know if I can be of any future help with cemeteries in the surrounding area.
