Sarah, I wanted to know if JRS was originally from Washington County. I am trying to verify a connection in my Smith line and I believe he may be related. Thanks so much for your help. Tonie

|Rob Sterling||Joseph Burton Sanders|
I have been doing a little bit of research on the Sanders family & noticed when I zoomed in on Joseph's memorial in the Pisgah Cemetery in Anderson county, Texas, I couldn't help but see the 26th of August 1900 as his death date & not the 9th as is posted in his bio. I haven't found his death registration as yet to confirm what's on his headstone. Take care & happy hunting!
Love long & love well,

|John Hughes||Lewis E. Johnson|
Yesterday, in Dallas Restland's Section T, I took a photo of the marker of Lewis E. Johnson (1907-1948). Middle name and month and day information were not on the marker. The marker did have the inscription; "He longest lives who most to others gives, himself forgetting."
Before creating a possible duplicate memorial, I wanted to ask you if this could be the marker for your relative, Lewis Edwin Johnson. Memorial #27712871. That grave is in Veterans II and is reported as unmarked by the photo volunteer.
If you think my photo is that of your relative and change the location to Section T, I'll be glad to post the photo. I know the volunteer who added the photo of the unmarked grave and would be glad to ask her to remove it.
Or just a coincidence?

|Jennifer McNair||Griffeth Family|
Hi, my name is Jennifer and I saw your memorial for Nancy "Nannie" Griffeth(1852-1924) who married Benjamin Fincher(1849-1907) and are buried at Bethabara Chuch in Oconee County, Georgia. I believe this Nancy Griffeth to be the sister of my 3times great grandfather. I was wondering if you knew anything about her parents. I know her death certificate lists her father as John Griffeth and her mother as a Collier. This has been a brick wall for me for years. Thanks for any help you can give!

I find many mistakes on Census records. Therefore, I cannot accept the name Wetta. Netta I can believe, but I will leave the memorial as it is unless we can find conclusive proof of her birth name.
I have not found additional information concerning her Mother.
