I wonder if that's Mavoureen Stewart Waller? Did it show dob? Unusual name. When I googled the name it came up with a song from 1837 called Kathleen Mavoureen. I have some info on the other daughters. Be glad to share what I have. Sherry

Yes, and thanks. Clyde Stewart was my Grandmothers brother. No one ever talked about them. Do you know what happened to Mavoureen? Can't find her anywhere. Sherry

RE: Frank A Ballou
Hi Kathy,
We were recently in Jones Co and did photo's on requests on Find A Grave for Olin cemetery. Several Ballou's there. In searching for obits to go with photos, we came across the obit for Frank and thought we'd send it to add to his memorial.
I think nice to be able to a little about a persons life to the memorial.

Thank you Kathy, I would appreciate that. You are part of the LeHew line then. I spent many happy times with Grandpa Ray, he just loved everyone. I was fortunate enough to get to go on some of his and Grandma Julia's many mini trips. I always got to spend a week or two with them each summer. Grandpa always had 7 Up in his fridge for us kids. Nice to meet a new relative. I have some pics of grandpa I can put up.

I have the 17 Nov 1947 obituary. It is pretty much the same but more details. I was wondering if the Mr. and Mrs. Matt Stoneking was a typo in the newspaper. Thank you for helping.

Hi Kathy, I have an obituary and other things for my grandmother Ruby. Also an updated tombstone photo since my mother passed, she is on the same stone.
Let me know if I can put up the updated stone, didn't want two of the same. Will also add some pics of Ruby that I have. Thanks Lynn (46486034)

RE: Henry Clark 152340655
Ok. I am going to assume that it is the correct marker. You can delete it if you find later it is not. =)

RE: Henry Clark 152340655
Hmmm. The marker has Henry Clark as a Sr. Do you know if there was a Jr. in the family of your Henry Clark??

RE: Henry Clark 152340655
Not sure if Mr. Clark is a relative or not but if he is. Was he married to a Ruth B. Clark (B: 1921 D 1988) I am asking because I have a Marker picture of this couple but I am not sure if it is the right Henry R. Clark Sr.

Thanks Kathy. I'm so sorry I had to ask that of you. It always sounds so cold to me when I ask it. Are you related?

Hi Kathy, I was wondering if you could remove the old grave photo you contributed on my mother's memorial #33087729. I have put the most recent one up. Thank you.

They're right next to each other, along with the Protestant cemetery. They've pretty much melded into one big cemetery.

Leota Porterfield Biggart

Thank you for the addition of the married name of Leota Porterfield. Would you source the data for me? I have an ongoing research for the surname Porterfield because they lived with my family, traveled with my family, and everytime my family moved, they did also. However, I cannot figure out how they are related to me. I know they have to be. They are also intermarried with surnames Slater, Mains(various spellings) and Guthrie's.

My core of research is in Johnson/Jackson Co, KS and I am then feathering backwards and forwards into time. In this county is where I have found most of the marriages, deaths and remarriages.

Any information on the family would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Marguerite (Sadler) Koppes
Hi Kathy,
The 'Sadler' picture came from: "Days Gone By….A celebration of our past in pictures. “Cascade & surrounding communities” Pre 1950 Vol. 1 Published by the Cascade Pioneer Copyright 2003"" They must have made an error of the date. I'll add your note about 1920. Cheryl

RE: William Rink
I'm so sorry for this very delayed reply - I just happened to check my messages on this site and seen yours, if I received a notification via email I must have missed it.
The only information I have for Peter is that he was born 10/8/1889 to Michael and Theresa (Wagner) Rink, I have census records reflecting him for the years 1900, 1910 and 1920 living at home and his WWI draft registration card which has him married, but no wife listed. I could not find military records for him though. I also have a 1919 border crossing card for him listed with a Minnesota address going to Saskatoon, Canada for his employer. I did not find a return crossing though. I forgot to mention that the 1920 census shows him living in Albian Township Wisconsin as a hired hand.
Unfortunately, I have been out of researching for a bit - but am hoping to get back into it very soon as I have many "brick walls". Are you related? If you'd like to correspond directly, my email is

While adding photos to the listing for Winnie D. Bosley at Memory Lane Cem. in Anadarko, I noted a correction to the dates shown on the memorial. Date of death on headstone shows 10/8/1918 instead of 10/7/1919.
