John Levert Trout II
Thank you Paula, for adding and connecting him to his parents.

I have been so blessed lately in my genealogical research. Finding, proving and connecting this family has been a truly great find to me.

All the other researchers in my Ferrell family, have long attributed the parents of my GGGreat Grandfather Jesse Asbury Ferrel, to be Stephen and Nancy Ferrel. Instead I have found the evidence proving them to be his Grand Parents.

And his parents to be Jonathan Ferrell and his second wife Nancy Wilson. Jesse Asbury Ferrel had only one full sibling, and that was Rhodira Ferrel, the mother of John Levert Trout II.

I added an old photo of James Arthur Vowels memorial I came across in my Great Grandmothers photo box. I hope it is one you do not have.

Oh that is good news. my uncle Ronald Humphrey and I were going through photo's and found a lot of Lillie Mae and her mother and He told me there is one with several generations. I will try to scan and send them to you... How exciting. I can't wait to tell him more and Paul too.

I am very new at this but noticed you have a lot of information on vowels conay family. My great grandfather Samuel Ross Humphrey and his wife Lillie Mae (vowels) are the parents of my grandpa Ivan Hilles Humphrey. My cousin Paul and I are looking into our family tree, since we do not have much family left to tell us. Could you please let us know what you have on them?

TLH
Kay Vowels photo request
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so.
Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request? The number is 214 371 1336

or to email them, the link is:
http://www.laurellanddallas.com/home/contact_us.html

There are over 233 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help. : )

Thanks for catching that, Paula. It must have been one of those too-late-at-night entries! It is now corrected.

Have a wonderful holiday and God Bless.

Jennings Bryan Vowels
Paula, am wondering if you know anything of Albert Vowels' eldest brother, Jennings Bryant Vowels? I see from Albert's obit that he was living in LaCenter, KY when Albert died.

RE: Albert Vowels
I know Albert's wife's name, Gladys Miller, but nothing else. You know that George was married to Elvata Keene first, correct? Think they had 6 children.... Henry, Gustavus, Lily, Stella, Frank, & Mark. Maggie was married to Thomas Raffety first; think they had 4 children... Ulysses, Eliot, Finley & Nettie. Blended families can get confusing!

Done and tranferred. I wanted to let you know, Paula, I have no problem transferring family to you or anyone who shows an interest. If I can do more let me know. But be patient with my response the next few days as I am going to Kansas for a few days and can get to them when I return. :)

I added the info and transferred the two Alberts to you. Let me know if there is anymore I can do for you. They are no relation so it was no problem.

Hello, I see where you have a memorial for this lady and was wondering if there is a connection with her. I have a typed 'paper' that she did back in June of 1972 on the History of Crafton. She titled the paper 'A Sketch of the History of Crafton'. At the end of the paper she mentions that she wants to expand on this and just hoping to find out if she did. thanks

RE: Dahl Tombstones
Pardon me....I just discovered the photos that I took of the other Dahl's in the Scribner Cemetery are already uploaded. The one marker that I thought was a Bob Dahl, really was Dora Dahl (hard to read).
