Martin McGraw who is buried in Webb Hill Cemetery Smith County, KS #110252185. Census records gives his approx birth year of 1848 in Ohio.

In my family research I have an Elizabeth Watters who married Martin Magraw on 24 Dec 1867 in Linn County, Iowa.

Martin and Elizabeth - 1870 census Orange Twp., Black Hawk County, Iowa

Martin died 15 Jan 1878

June 24, 1880 census for Pawnee Twp., Smith County, Kansas lists Elizabeth Magraw, a widow, and their 5 children. These children were born in Kansas - Wm 1874, Hannah 1876 and Stephen 1878. Also Elizabeth's mother, Hannah Watters is living with them.

Elizabeth returned to Linn County, Iowa where she married Samuel Flackler on Nov. 6, 1881.

Elizabeth died in 1919 and is buried in the Dunkard Cemetery, Linn County, Iowa; her #122916832.

I believe this is the Martin McGraw who I have been researching. You were wanting additional information on him, hope this helps, if you are needing further information let me know.

Also I have these family sheets on Ancestry.

New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013

Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.

Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.

You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

James Throne
I have taken a photo of James Throne's stone. I believe his last name is Thorn? I found a James Thorn listed on Ancestry that shows him the same Civil War records as your Throne. If this is incorrect, please let me know.

RE: Kunkel
Joy, regarding William Kunkel, born in 1840 and died in 1885 in Worthington Township, Richland County, Ohio, he was my husbands great grandfather. He died at the young age of 45 and I do not know too much about him, as far as I know, he was not enlisted into the 121st OVI.

I just wanted to let you know that William is actually in OLD Union Cemetery instead of New Union. Just thought I'd let you know if you wanted to change it.

RE: Weeks
Please notice that the plot location that you had listed was incorrect and I noted the correct location on the bottom of one of the photos.

The cemetery is very beautiful at this time of year. The staff works very hard and we have had SO MUCH rain so it is very green. On Memorial Weekend, it is stunning because all the avenues are lined with flags. It is a beautiful place for Lyman and Elizabeth Weeks to reside!
