Ann Blaker-Killebrew
RE: Thomas J. Arendell
Thank you so very much. Private cemeteries are the hardest to get access to.

photo permission
It looks like you have several photos at various private cemeteries in Erath county Texas. I am seeking permission to use those at a different web site. Thanks either way you decide.

Randy, thank you from the bottom of my heart --you are a gem! I WILL put up a headstone for Jim and don't judge his actions. I have the original newspaper article in my Grandmother's things. I'm on a search for him and have an idea where he is and it's not China Spring though the Death Certificate says so. I'm sure that was a very interesting train arrival in Waco, and all very sad. I'm hoping to identify some more of the photos in Grandmother's things and surely do hope to find some of Jim and Will. I received a scanner from my son for Christmas that's a real humdinger but will have to have lessons from the kids! It's supposed to do just about everything and will do the old photos on cardboard type material. I even have some tintypes.

I have located another great great granddaughter of Grandma Franklin (Grandma Martha Jane Whitfield's Mother) and she has some information, but I don't believe she has as much as I do since I stayed here in the epicenter of the family. I'd love to meet her though.

Once again I thank you and wish all the best to your and yours in 2014. Nancy

Good Afternoon, Randy - I noticed that you have Jim Whitfield's (my uncle)obituary. Is it possible you could email or fax me a copy. My Contributor # is 48149695. I need to go through my Grandmother's pics when time permits to see if there is a picture of him and/or his brother William who are from Grandpa Whitfield's first marriage.

I want to put a marker up but can't decide where. I think it's possible he was buried at Greenwood but must find out who to contact. I believe you have my email address: Jazzbaby@hot.rr.com.

Thank you kindly,
Nancy Yankie Sidarous

RE: James Whitfield
Thanks for responding. His death certificate says Waco, or at least the one I got off family search.
Newspaper article says he was being returned to Waco for burial. I will keep looking.
Thanks,
Carla

Randy, family members are wanting to put a headstone on this man's grave, the problem is there is no real record of him being buried here. His parents did not purchase a lot until 1931 and we have no record of one being purchased by anyone in his name. So my question is, do you have some documented information that he is buried in China Spring Cemetery? And if so, will you share it with me so I can show the family where to put the marker? I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks,
Carla Jay Hines

RE: Jane Whitfield
Well thank you so much for that info because this was a request for a friend who is related to them, directly if I am not mistaken, and they said he had only been married twice so I will certainly pass that along. They are into genealogy so they will enjoy this new info. Maria

We do not manage Carl's memorial. I only had Ocie's because I took the picture and had to load it to post the picture. You will have to contact the manager of Carl's memorial to get the changes made.

Glad we could get the pictures for you.

I am not related to Ocie. I have transferred the memorial to you. You can make the corrections and link her to other relatives.

Bushong
Randy,
I saw where you posted the Bushong Cemetery in Erath Co., TX. I live in SE Oklahoma and will be going to Hamilton, TX in late December. My Great Great Great Great Grandfather, Dr.Capt.Pastor Francis M. Montgomery is buried in the Bushong Cemetery and I was wondering if you could help me with directions to the place. This would be a dream come true for me. I have a large family back here in OK and they are all eager for me to get pictures of and with his grave as well. I really don't have anyone else to ask. Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks for your time,
Kenny Sivard

RE: Boyle & Bellah
That's OK, (I didn't know who you meant by A.P. , and the first note said correct not incorrect?)then realized you had to be talking about John.
Are you the same Randy Johnston was researching the Earps? If so how many bibles do you have? Seems I recall you having the Earp bible also, how does that happen?
I don't post unless I have verified and reverified my facts. It all has been gone over and over. Thanks for double checking though. Since you have the bible you must have Caroline's husband's name as it would be in there since it's Linnie's father. I have searched the 1870 census over and over in almost every state trying to find them, no luck.
Regards
Juliane

RE: B. B. Whitfield
No, the one nearby was a different last name. I'm confused though, as your memorial shows a picture of Floretta Whitfield's grave in Stephanville, TX. Was this a different wife? Rose Hill is on my way to work so just let me know who you're looking for and I'm happy to find it for you.
