RE: Memorials
Thanks for your reply. I have created two memorials so far , but barely started adding the Bio, for there's a lot of information . Most of my McCreery information comes from Ed McCreery (age-84)in California. He's a son of William McCreery Sr., and the brother of William McCreery Jr .
Most picture's I have are from the Beckley West Virginia , History Book's Vol.I.II.III. I'm doing eight Great Grandparents at one time . I'll be interested to see what other information you have on the McCreey's ( What are you researching on the McCreery's ? I may be able to help.) Do you have any picture's of Col. John Wallace McCreery and his family, most importantly Willie May McCreery (real name-Millie Mammie McCreery ) who was my Great Grandmother ?
Will be calling Ed McCreery today in fact .He'll be interested in this site too . He's the one that did most of the research I have on the McCreery's . Are you related to the McCreery's ? Still interested in eventual transfer if you are not related .
Thanks for your time .
Robert C. Patterson .

I'll be including more on the McCreery's in the future . I have the family traced to the mid 1700's .Also in contact with the one of the oldest surviving McCreey's from this line .. If any Questions please contact me here or or 5O2-494-243O .

Curiousity - where did you get the info. for memorial for James and know that he is buried in the Georgetown Cemetery?
He is of my ancestors but I'd never been able to find out where he is buried. Georgetown's records don't list him as buried there and I was really surprised when I received a photo request for him!
I do know there are lots of unmarked graves in the older section of the cemetery so just wondering????
Thanks for any information you can provide!

Jean D Skae
There is also a Jean D Skae interred at Mt Olivet according to their online database. She is right next to Edward Skae.

Her location is Section 18, Lot 122, space 4 if you wanted to add her too

Stella Palmer (and Edward Palmer)
Suggest A Corrections done. I also linked Stella to Edward. The photo is not great. A very robust bush is next to he stone and there was no way to work around it short of cutting back the branches. Tempting, but not allowed.

Hi Time angel

I noticed you are now maintaining this: 15382621 and that it was put on by someone else who is inactive now...and it has a dup 33893301. No chance of deleting the older one so there will not be two? If no chance of deletion can reference be made on both sites then to reference one another ? Just a thought and Just wondering.

Barb :)

John Townsend Photo - Nunda
Hi - I am interested in the photo you posted on John Townsend's Memorial page in Oakwood Cemetery, Nunda NY. The Cemetery Association does historic tours of the cemetery and we would like permission to use the photo. Can you also give us the name of the source? Thanks! Tom

RE: George Dine
oh. but we dont see that on the obit for photo requests. as volunteers we see it only if it has been placed under "plot" under Burial for the memorial.
See below for an example of where it goes:

Mt Olivet Cemetery
Detroit MI
Wayne County
Michigan, USA

Could you add it to the Plot on the memorial? thanks. then it will be even easier to get the picture while at the cemetery. :)

Could you be so kind as to add his plot location to his memorial, so that it will show up on the photo request that has been made for him?

Thank you.

Location: Section 35, Lot 108, Space 14

I'm sorry I'm late with this. I've been out of town with not so good internet service. I don't usually like to put obituaries on memorials, however, if you like, I'll be happy to transfer management of this memorial to you so you can add it. Let me know. Take care.
