Hi Gina, I completely forgot to tell you all of this when I got back from Virginia. I'm going to be getting all of that updated soon, so as soon as I do I will let you know.

Most of the time I ask for a transfer it's not a family member! So it's nice to meet you. There probably isn't much reason to do it. I am trying.g to connect everyone through here, so if we can work together that works. I did make a trip down to Charlottesville for the family there and photographed that cemetery, and I'm working with the contributor there to get some of them released to me so I can get everyone linked.

Hi Gina, I was wondering if you would be open to transfering Christopher and Anne Birckhead to me, 74826581 and 74827499. I am a descendant of theirs.

Thanks

Hi Gina -- and something-something-cousin-something-something-removed!

I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the duplicates on Walter's mother (Sarah Skipper/Skepper Fairfield)?

They are #73204040 (added 2011) and #103134382 (added in January 2013).

From your fellow warm Southerner,

Debra :)

RE: McCall Cemetery
You're welcome, Gina. I've wondered about the location of that cemetery for a while. I just sort of "stumbled" upon it and did not realize initially what I had found. There are many unidentified graves there, marked only with large stone piles.

William McClammy
Hey Gina, I'm trying to locate the burial location of William H McClammy who served with Russell's 4th Alabama Cavalry at some point during the Civil War. Do you know which unit your Mr McClammy served with? Do you have any idea where he was working when he was killed?
