RE: Etta Crain
Sorry I haven't got back to you concerning your question. I have been very ill and had major surgery. Needless to say, I wasn't in the internet much.

To answer your question about where the date for Etta Crain originated, it was engraved on her headstone. That was the only information I had. If you have alternate informatin I would be glad to post the alternate and give the reason for it on her memorial page.

Since I may not be on this site quickly, please send your response to dray965@yahoo.com. I check it daily.

Regards,
Mary Ann

Floyd Pilgrim
Hi Dwayne. Having trouble finding the pic of Floyd. I do have it, but after the tornado I packed a bunch of things into totes. Problem is sorting them is a bit like slogging thru a marsh- long, tedious and etc. I will make a concerted effort in the next week to find it.

RE: Frank J. Crandall
The stone looked like it had been there for a while. I cleaned of quite a bit of lichen before taking the picture. I suspect the grave site went unnoticed because of its location in the far corner of the cemetery and the fact that the writing is on the top making it impossible to see unless you are standing right next to it.
I was able to find it by downloading the Lamb's Corner Cemetery listing from the Chenango County rootsweb page. This gave the lot number as 219. Although no map of the lot locations seems to exist, I was able to locate some of the graves in nearby lot numbers to zero in on the location.
Also in the lot were Alma, wife of Daniel Wilcox, who I suspect was Adella's mother, and Maranda, daughter of Alma and Daniel Wilcox, who died at the age of 17. Alma's gravestone was broken. Daniel is not buried in this cemetery. I would love to find out where he is buried.

Fitch David Crandall
Hi Dwayne. I'm Susan and took the picture of Fitch David Crandall's grave stone. I also took a picture of his wife Margaret Crandall. I noticed there was no memorial page for her. Just to let you know that I created a memorial page for Margaret and added a picture of her grave stone. Susan

Frank J. Crandall/Della Wilcox
I visited the Columbus Corners Cemetery and was able to locate the gravestone for Frank J. Crandall and Della E. Wilcox. I remember seeing requests for photos of this gravestone but it looks like they have been cancelled since I last checked. I hope these photos will find their way to the users who wanted them.

Floyd Pilgrim
Hi. I am Mark Brock. Years ago, I worked at the Old Fair Acres Nursing Home in Carthage MO. I cared for a man named Floyd Pilgrim. He was a rather large man with a nice singing voice. Was curious if it is your Virgil? May have a pic for you. Take Care

Kelsey Gasner
Hello!
My name is Kelsey! I'm the great-great-granddaughter of Ezra and Elizabeth Crandall. My grandmother was their granddaughter Elizabeth Gasner. My father, Rod, and I are always really interested in our family history. In my younger days I'd often visit the graves of my family in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna. It'd be really nice to exchange information with you sometime!
