RE: Millers
Jan,

I don't recognize any of those names. However, our distant past is a bit hazy. My great great grandfather was Johnny Miller (~1808 to ~1883), who was married three times. His first wife was Fanny (? to 1828?), according to the family Bible, and they originated in Pennsylvania. I'm descended from the Fanny marriage. Johnny also married a Catherine _ (~1808 to 1860/1866), and Cornelia Ann Palmer Hardin (~1827 to 1860/1883).

Things I don't know are what county in Penn they all came from, Fanny's last name/dates/burial and Catherine's last name. So, we might be connected back through the Johnny Miller marriages.

Edward is my great grandfather, and John Quincy is a half grand uncle. I have an extensive tree on Ancestry .com under "Descendants of Edward Miller." I've just now been creating links for Millers at Littleton. How are you connected?

I am so sorry that I haven't got your pictures to you. The weather is quite cold right now, but as soon as we have a nice day, I will definitely take these for you.

I will certainly do this for you. I have family in both cemeteries, so I go there frequently.

Hi Jan,
I have placed a request for a headstone picture. If one is posted to their memorials, I will try to let you know as soon as I am notified.

My great great grandfathers name is James but he was married to Annie Louden, but he had brothers Archie, John, and William. My line is had to trace but James father immigrated from Ireland after 1850 to Ohio then to Illinois. It would be interesting to see if we are related. Daisy was my great grandmother.

Thnk you
Marsha

I would like to thank you for putting her grandson's death notice on her memorial. I knew one of my aunts children died young just couldn't find out which one. Now I find there were two, the other I had no idea of. I really appreciate the efforts that genealogist's got too.

I am a second cousin of Betty's. I understand what happened. I requested photos (of tombstone) and when you posted the obits they system "thought" you were fulfilling the request.

I agree and don't want the photo until the tombstone has been updated with the dates. Since the weather is good now the mortuary should be doing so before long.

Thanks
Mary

The photo request was for a photo of his tombstone or headstone. Not a picture copy of his obit which is in the BIO SECTION of his memorial. Same for his wife Betty.

RE: Pauline Miller
Her name is on the stone, at the bottom. Click on the photo to enlarge. It is missing the date of death, if that is what you are referring to.

My only interest in the Millers is that I am documenting the cemetery.

I transferred Hiram and his wife. It does appear he traveled a bit! Do you know who Pius Schepperle is? He is buried with them. If you figure it out, let me know and I'll transfer him too.

I see you copied another one of my photos. If you want a photo for a memorial, you have to put a request in for somebody to take a picture of it. Not copying somebody else's picture and posting it. Please delete yours Thanks
