RE: Richard Wright
Thank you for the information...I am directly related to Richard Wright Sr. and his son Benjamin Wright Sr. There seems to be a question of where Benjamin is actually buried. Is the area you listed called Old Union Cemetery...Things are a little confusing as to where people are supposed to be buried. and the actual date of death for Benjamin Wright Sr.

I had asked for a picture for Benjamin Wright Sr. and one was posted...did not notice that it had a different name on it...a relative...but not the person on

Any help you could offer would be appreciated. It has been determined that Benjamin Wright St. and his father were actually born in Maryland and not North Carolina.

Richard Worley Miller

Since this is your memorial, you have to be the one that enters the parents names.

Carl is #82779114 and Leora is #82779086

Everything else seems to be correct on the memorial. If you need assistance in entering the parents, drop me a note and I will help you.

The cemetery being referred to as Trader's Point now sits inside the
Indianapolis, Indiana city limits. It sits on the Dell Girl's Scout Campgrounds
just north of US 36 off High School Road on the West Side of Indianapolis.
Clermont is a few miles on west of this location. There is a carekeeper of the
campground, but you can go back to the graveyard. After you pass the "chain" to
get in the campground, the graveyard will be on the left hand side of the lane.

You have requested that this information be added to Richard Wright. He is not buried in Indianapolis, IN but in NC. To add it to him would not be correct. However, you may request a change to Benjamin Wright Sr. (my 3rd Great Grandfather) as he is buried in Trader's Point area.

RE: Eli Wright
I got my info from "Washington Township, Washington County, Indiana" cemetery book. The picture I took at the cemetery. The book states Eli was born 9-5-1795 and died 6-14-1833. It also states that he was the son of Mary Molly Sears and Philbert Wright, husband of Elizabeth Bowers. I put the picture in but not the info.
