|Ron Johnson||Carlisle Cemetery Beards|
We have a situation: I went to Carlisle Cemetery some time ago and took pictures of graves I thought were not in the list for Carlisle. However, I seem to have duplicated at least two of yours (I am only now "processing" the names): Bessie Beard (my #117301266, your #38807840) and George Beard (my #117301315, your #38792912). Since you were first, I would like you to go ahead and have the only page for them. But since I have already "processed" them, in other words: gotten information for them, I will leave them up for a while if you want any of the info I found. You can go ahead and copy what I have, then let me know when it's OK to remove them.
If you see any other names I duplicated, let me know and I'll remove those, too.

|Ron Johnson||L N Carlisle|
I recently took a trip to Carlisle Cemetery and I came across an interment you have a page for (# 41503898). You have this person as L N Wood Carlisle. But I believe the stone reads Linwood Dewey Carlisle. I put the picture up, so if you can glance at it and verify that I read it right (it's an old stone), could you please make that change? I appreciate your time and effort. Thanks.

Thanks for replying Mike. I went to the cemetery and could not find them. I will go and look again just to make sure. I know for a fact that they are not in Pleasant Ridge Baptist, Mount Zion, Shows, Big Creek, Hebron or Centerville because I completed those cemeteries. Could they be in Indian Springs, Calhoun or Union Line. It would help if you might could come up with some suggestions of where I could look after I recheck Our Home. Thanks, Ralph

I am trying to find the grave of Ezra Walter Ezell, Homer Ezell's father and I noticed that you added information to homer's bio that wasn't on his headstone.
I am descended from Ezra's brother James Add Ezell. I have been working on the family history and am trying to find where Ezra Walter and James Add are buried. Do you know anything about them?

Just wondered if you have had a chance to read new book out called " The State of Jones" by Sally Jenkins. It tells all about Capt. Knight and his war and his family. Best ever, Sarah.

|Marie Stroop||Smith graves in Franklin, TN|
I have walked Rest Haven Cemetery a couple of times but have not located the graves of Roden and Nettie Smith. Today, however, I did locate the grave of a son, Leslie, and photographed it. I will be happy to send those photos to you by email; I just didn't want to send a file you weren't expecting. Or, if you want to set up a memorial on this site I'll add the photos when you're ready. This is the inscription from the tombstone:
Son of Nettie and Rhoden
Mar 26, 1905
July 8, 1921
Age 16 Yrs, 3 Mos, 12 Das
I will continue to look for Nettie and Rhoden's graves. Let me know what you would like for me to do with Leslie's photos.

|Erin McGrew Herndon||Birdie A. Mauldin McGrew|
Hello, Mike! I found you through your post for Birdie Mauldin McGrew -- she is in my granddad's genealogy book that I am updating and editing. He wrote that Birdie Alnedia Mauldin, daughter of Archie and Ada Ulmer Mauldin, was the second wife of Wood Hathorn McGrew, son of Leonard B. McGrew and Luetia Jane Hathorn, and they had three children in addition to his seven from his first marriage. Keep up your great work, and thanks! Erin McGrew Herndon

Your Welcome, I had to rake around it, That is a tree stump next to it growing more spouts. It will be a worst problem for the headstones there. Need anything else just let me know, I live close there. Are you a relative to the others in the same Plot? Ann
