Yes, Annie is listed on the same headstone along with Adam. I have photos for you. I will try to upload them tomorrow. Does she have a Find A Grave memorial?

|Rhonda Bolner||RE: James Monroe Souder|
The only info I have so far on Susanna Kistler is that she was born in Columbia, Tuscararwas, Ohio, in 1825. She died on January 8th, 1881, in Whitley County, Indiana. She is buried in the
Coesse, Eel River Presbyterian Cemetery, Whitley County, Indiana. The 1880 census states that she had bronchitis at the time. It also states that both her parents were born in Germany. There are 3 other Kistler families listed on the same page of census records. Apparently, they all lived close to each other and were farming. She was a widow by this time.
This census page is not dated, but has a stamped date at the top which says, "Received August 20, 1880". She may well have died from that bronchitis, as she was dead within 5 months of that stamped date.
Let's keep in touch and try to further our investigation!

|Vickie61997||RE: Keller Kistler|
Hi: Back in the 1990s, a gentleman did an inventory listing of all of the cemeteries in LaSalle County and this is the list that I used to add South Emery Green on to findagrave. I double checked the listing last night and did not find Keller -- only the mother. You might want to check with the LaSalle County Genealogy Guild to see if they might have him listed in another cemetery. Their website is lscgg.org. Good luck. Vickie

I saw you have a facial picture of Barbara on her memorial. I see there are other people in that photo. I work at the Dudenville Cemetery and am working on the history of the cemetery. Would you be kind enough to share with me that entire picture and names?

Hi: I have made as many of the connections as I could for the Kistler/Defenbaugh families in South Emery Green that you suggested. Lewis and Oliver were not created by me so you will have to contact the creator of those memorials to make the connections to the parents but I have noted her siblings on Caroline's memorial. If you would like me to transfer any of these memorials to you, I would be more than happy to do so. Just let me know. Vicki

I just realized looking at your memorials that you have a direct relationship to the Davis family, and I withdraw my request for his memorial. I will add the genealogy information you have placed on this family in my database. Thank you.
