|BACB||RE: Thank you!|
I wondered that as well. I have seen it both ways.....some buried with their second husband and others with their first. My grandmother was married twice. She was buried between both husbands and had the second husbands name on her stone. But, they all had separate stones. I think I would put her name as the only she is buried under and add the second husband to her memorial. That way anyone who looks at her second husbands memorial will see hers as well.
I work in Wilmington and was on call this weekend. So I have decided to work on this cemetery during my down time. It is a very large cemetery!! I think I was in section 5 circle. At some point I want to chat with the grounds keeper to understand the lay out better.
Have a wonderful Labor Day and take care!

That's fine, go ahead. It was taken with a cell phone, where we usually use a camera. I could not get it turned with my software. But I figured something is better than nothing!!

I put up Theodore's picture. I looked at the dates, please check them, they seemed to be different death dates. So happy to help!

So glad to do it. It was my first time to volunteer for taking pictures. My husband and I did it and we even found another name on the list. That made us happy.
I did find another grave next to Everett's. It was a Theodore George I believe, but I did not see the grave listed for the cemetery even though the grave was right there. I have the picture if you need it.
So glad we could help.

|Suz Lew||Corwin Georges|
I made the connections for Corwin's parents. Corwin and his wife's memorials were just volunteer memorials ... if you are interested in a transfer, please feel free to ask. The photograph of them is very nice.

|Katie||Rees Family St. Joseph|
I will be headed to St. Josephs this weekend, depending on the weather, and will try to find your Rees family and take pictures. I have a question though. According to St. Joseph's database there are three more Rees graves..apparently triplets born to Joseph and Jennie and lived one day. If there are stones would you like a picture? I do not know if they belong to your Jospeh and Genevieve. Let me know.

I am so sorry about not making the changes until now. I mistakenly put your SAC into a folder for Find A Grave and just now realized it. I usually do SAC's as soon as I receive them.
Again I am very sorry it took me this long to correct my mistake!

Good Morning John,
You're welcome once again. Always happy to transfer memorials to family & friends. Don't know if you might be interested ..... I created memorials for Henry Jacob Beatty 1847-1910, Catherine Beatty 1842-1934, George Beatty 1781-1862 and another Catherine Beatty 1807-1891. They are all buried in the same area as James & Alice.

You are so very, very welcome. It is always satisfying for us to be able to find the markers that members are looking to get photos of, especially when they are as old as these markers. Glad we were able to help.

I checked both Saint Joseph Cemetery and Saint Joseph NEW Cemetery.
Catherine Rees is buried in Saint Joseph NEW Cemetery.
I would suggest that you switch ger memorial to Saint Joseph NEW Cemetery andrequest your photo from that cemetery,.

Our pleasure. Sorry we didn't find Mary. And no we didn't place the flag and marker there. Not sure which way the stones are facing in that cemetery but it seems facing the church. The sun is usually on the front of the stones by noontime this time of the year. Not there.

There are very few graves left at this site. And 95% of what's left are unable to be read. I am so sorry that I could not help you out more, maybe in the future something will come up that I can assist you with.

Thank you very much for the photo. He was my maternal grandfather whom I never met. I appreciate your efforts. You might want to add your photo to Beverly Byers memorial. She was his daughter by his second wife. Kent

|cowfordlady||Georges in Oaklawn Cemetery|
The gravestone for Marty M. Georges (b. 1922) has no given name(s) on it, but it may be for two people since it is for plot #3 and #4 in section 23-B. I also took pictures of the nearby graves of Marty M. Georges (b. 1889, d. 1979) and his wife Saidee H. Georges (b. 1893, d. 1974), but I didn't find a memorial for either of them in the Oaklawn Cemetery. If you add their memorials, I'll upload their photos to their memorials. Please let me know if you want me to find out if anyone is buried with Marty (b. 1922). ~Shirley~
