Murtiashaw and Howie families
Hello Christopher,
I am connected to the Murtiashaw and the Howie families, which have memorials at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Columbia. It was really a surprise to learn that both my mother and father had family that married each other! Relationships are not very close but it was an interesting surprise. Do you connect to these lines in some way?
If you are willing, I would like to get a transfer for these individuals, so that I may link them to the family. The memorial numbers are 20673085, 20745855, 20745850, 20819065.
I appreciate the efforts you have made to preserve burial sites on FindaGrave. You may never realize how many descendants will appreciate your work.
Thank you,
Jonnie in SC

I have been tracing and going backwards through the Roberts family. Minnie Roberts Neeley was married to Edward Vince Neeley. I have backtracked from her to get to the memorial #24752349. I have found discrepancies in the information from this memorial and #20989907. When I first got to the grave from William Talmadge Roberts, I saw he was married to Louisa Goers Roberts, a native of Germany. But, there was no other information on her. When I clicked on his Link to see his grave, the information there was that he was married to Martha E. Tarrance Roberts. How could I find out which is true and correct? I know the grave information concerning Martha has more information and children listed but I don't understand why, when I back tracked, it led me to Louisa first. How could I get the correct information?

Someone has really cleaned up some headstones in this cemetery - this one is much clearer. Clearly she is married to a Lowe, however, the dates are very difficult to read still.

Gregory "Grig" Clark
Hello Christopher,

I am new to this genealogy thing. Gregory Clark is my GGG Grandfather. I am confused about the dates on his grave marker it reads CA 1752, Jan 1837. Do you have any idea what the CA represents? I'm stumped.

Thank you,
Rhonda McCrary-Garcia

Please check photo you added for Bethel Lutheran Church, White Rock, SC. I believe this is a photo of Bethleham Lutheran, which is a few miles down Hwy 76 from Bethel. Very confusing!
Bethel's cemetery is not beside the church, so I'm sure this is not Bethel.

Christopher, thank you so much for adding this headstone photo of my 4 gr grandmother. I live in TX so am quite some distance from her. A cousin made a photo that I have added to my family website but I am glad she is listed on Find-a-Grave.

You seem to be a one man army! Without you, Find A Grave would not be able to help those in need. Thank you for your efforts on such a cold blustery day. Your dedication is well noted. Your work has and continues to aid all of us who can't get to the cemeteries, to capture these images. Job well done!
