This is memorial in this cemetery. It was an incorrect entry in the book years ago. I walked this cemetery myself. This is the wrong family for this infant.

I tried to locate her marker in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, but couldn't find it. I checked with the office and they said she was buried in Section 112-D, Space 3. That plot is unmarked, so if she is there, there is no marker. Sorry.

Cotton duplicates
I did not realize you had already contacted Ronda. The memorials will not allow me to delete them but it allowed me to delete the photos. Maybe she can transfer them back to me and I can delete them that way.

RE: Duplicate Memorials
Since these duplicates were transferred to Ronda Reno, you will have to have her delete them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You will either have to contact the original creator or tag I don't have the authority to remove what I did not create. I have tried in the past and I get the message that I am not the creator of the memorial that I can't remove it. I would be glad to otherwise. Jiles C Cotton is my 3rd Great Grandfather.

Leonard W. Manko #54402747
I was wondering if you would please transfer Leonard Manko to my care. He is one of my relatives and I would like to link him with the rest of his family. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.

RE: Lyle-Guffin Cemetery
If you go to the Jackson County Tax Map on the web it is listed under parcel no. 084 005E Jackson County Hayes Family Trust. It is on private land. I knocked on the door of a family that was renting a home on the acreage and he was nice enough to take me to the cemetery. It would have be impossible to find without his help.

Lyle-Guffin Cemetery
I think you mentioned that the location of this cemetery was unknown. I actually found the cemetery after asking a person living there to help me. It was a half mile walk on the 110 acre plot. The cemetery is overgrown with brush and briars and has a fence around it. At least half of the stones have no markings, cannot read the markings, or are broken. It is very difficult to walk around in it.

Mitchell Family Cemetary
Thanks ;
i am to assume that you are local -hello neighbor .
I have been attempting to gather more information on this family .
I have learned the original location of the main house during the time they resided here -it burned many years ago .
It is my understanding that there are no living relatives currently in the area .
I learned from neighbors that no one has been to visit the site in greater than 10 yrs -so sad-I hate to see it fall into neglect this way .
Unfortunately I do not have the time /tools to work on it like I would like .
My sons ,myself and a friend spent the day removing
brush and fallen limbs from the area around the cemetary .I would love to elicit a local response to clean it up -possibly Sons of Confederate Veterans to assist with the clean up since Dr Mitchell is a Confederate Veteran .

Mitchell Family Cemetary
This cemetetary is located is on the property on which I am currently living @318 Hwy 60. .There are not only 3 graves my son was cleaning up a bit and found a 4th grave stone with the name of "little johnnie mitchell -son of HN and maria mitchell .

THe cemetary has fallen into shambles we have up righted stones where possible and the overgrowth is extreme .
we will be working soon to refurbish /restore the cem to its original condition.

I have been able to trace back from H.N.Mitchell 6 generations back to a Thomas Mitchell B:abt 1670 England.
On the Mothers side(Neisler/Neuscheler) I have them back to to abt 1628 Germany which includes all the allied families back to that time -just in case some one else is researching this family -I would more than happily share my findings .

Victoria
Thank you
This is the first correct documentation I have found for my friend, Kathleen Marie Greensmith. I had seen it in the past, on other sites but I didn't believe it was true. You had her middle name, a possible married name, her correct birthday and unfortunately, her date of death....27. Way too young. I miss her!

Edits on your find a grave page
On your personal findagrave home page there is an edit tab at the top of the page. If you click that tab you should see where I have entered the plot numbers and you can choose to accept or reject any corrections all at one time which makes it easier. This was new to me a couple of months ago. It might be new or I just didn't see it. Unfortunately you do not get any email notice that corrections are there other than a number showing up next to the edit on the tab. You just have to know to check it every now and then.

William O B Hall Photograph
Would you happen to know if there is a photographer's name and location on the photograph of William O B Hall? Also, for the photo of his wife sarah Jane Bumpas Hall.

I believe William O B Hall was a photographer as stated in the 1880 census. Would you know if William Hall had a studio in Eureka Springs Arkansas? I've seen a stereo view with the name B. Hall on it and taken in Eureka Springs and wondered if this could be William O B Hall?

Best Wishes,
Armand

Bill Simpkins
Nancy Strickland is a Simpkins
Hi again. Your memorial for Nancy E Strickland is a welcome find too. She was the next older sister of Sallie Simpkins Brock, and the info source on Sallie's death cert. So you might also add the parent link to her memorial. Or if you prefer, I will use the tab and ask you to transfer both these to me. Just let me know. That would be a blessing. Thank you.

Parent Link in FAG
Just saw your Find A Grave memorial for Sallie Simpkins Brock and thought you might want to post this parent link for her father, which will then offer links to mom and a couple of sibs. Dad John is 61060977.

John was my GGgrandfather's next younger brother. Thanks for posting this and filling one more gap in my ever-growing family tree records.
