Ann. I finally got into the forums and asked for a photo to be removed. I hope this works... fingers crossed :)

Ann, I just took screen shots to show you. There's no change order of photos link. The only thing it allows me to do is add or remove a caption on the photos I added only. No delete button. Ancestry must own them now. This is frustrating.

I'll try sending admin a message about the photo. Since Ancestry took over it hasn't been as much fun :( I'm in Charleston SC area now. Pretty cemeteries but most are recorded. I get a lot of requests for family plot photos of Ft Gordon burials. If you get bored, there are quite a few there that need pics :)

I've been asked by another member to remove this photo as well. When I go to the photo, there is no delete button. I am signed in. Can you ask an admin to remove it, with the reason you gave. I suspect it's because it was admin-added after I submitted it.

Sorry - I misread your post.

Sure you may use the image for the HMC Committee's planning. Would you just like me to email you the image?

BTW - Is Jack Hatcher part of the Committee?

RE: Harlem Memorial Cemetery
I have actually submitted the photo twice, but there are already too many photo's on the Cemetery Home Page. I actually asked F-A-G to remove one of the "more dreary" photos from the Home Page so I could add this image, but my request was denied.

I appreciate that you recognize the photo is a unique way to show all of this very large cemetery.

Please let me know if and when you want me to resubmit the image.

Gilbert Davis
re: 27282997 Mildred Bennett
I'm not related either (that I know of). I was looking for Mildred Durrence Bennett who is my Uncle's mother-in-law, and found your Mildred and just wanted to add her maiden name. "Davis" is 7th most common name in the US. Thanks for your help!

Chuck Swann
RE: Rhoden's
It's my 3rd wife that's Rhoden-related, not I. I'm afraid with my advancing age and declining health that I cannot take on any further obligations at this time. Ah, for the good old days.
Thanks for your offer,
Chuck Swann

Hi Ann,

If you wouldn't mind transferring Pauline and Charlotte Kirkland to me, I will get them linked up with their parents (my biological family)!

Thank you for your offer to transfer Oliver Moore to me, but he isn't in my direct line. He was a brother to my Webb G-grandmother.

Thanks, also for your offer to help.

RE: Mary Fee Lambright
My Mom used to refer to her as Aunt Mary, but I don't know in what way she may have been related.
My grandmother was Emily Fee McDaniel whose parents were Ruben & Matilda Strother Fee.

Family transfer
Hi Ann.

Thank you for all the recordings you've posted.

In the Harlem Memorial cemetery in Columbus Co. GA, you have listed
John Aaron #37753036
Ossie Aaron #37753066

Would you kindly transfer them to me as they are part of my Aaron family.

Thank you so much,

Harlem Cemetery Sara Berg or Schindledecker
Thanks for being so sweet Ann. I was thinking maybe we should leave both pages for her. What do you think? Since people may search for her as a Berg like the tombstone they see when they visit or Schindledecker like her name really was, it may help others to have both and I could mention it on each page? I am just trying to help others that come along not be confused, but just let me know.
My family says they think William Schindledecker is indeed in Harlem next to Darcy David Slate (Sara's other husband) but forgot to look when they were at Lois' funeral last week.
Let me know if you see anything and I will tell you if I solve the mystery too.
