RE: Joel Monroe - Greenwood
That is awesome information -
Thank you for contributing - I am not related to Joel Monroe - but because of his historic contribution to the great state of Pennsylvania, i thought it would be of interest to potential historians and descendants.

I have changed the month to April 1877

Again, Ms Woodrow-Lettman - thank you and God Speed as we all do this important genealogical work.

I don't know where Washington Street is or ever the river you mentioned! I'm not very far away, but I know nothing about New Castle. I rarely go there. Thanks for your help.

Biddle's
Thank you for the photos of Silas & Margaret Biddle. Silas was my husband's great uncle. We live in Beaver County, but I couldn't find this cemetery. I'm not familiar with New Castle. I think the date on Silas headstone is date of service, but I have to research that. Thanks again.

Daniel P. Cousins
Theresa
I am currently working on locating the burial site of William Cousins. Simon P. Cousins father. To that end I am researching all his children in an attempt to find a pattern.
Where did you get the information on Daniels burial for his memorial? His wife Martha was living in Washington Twp. in 1910 but was listed as a widow...

Did you happen to see a Lillian Scott next to an/or adjacent to the Fairweather headstones in Oak Park?

RE: Harrison Grave markers
Theresa,
Thank your for your kind welcome note. This is an extension of my genealogy work and I view it as a way of "paying it forward" for the help I have received. It was through my own genealogy work that I found Find A Grave. I visited the site, and signed up as a volunteer photographer within 15 minutes.

I have had to make so changes. I am disabled and needed to use my scooter to get around and my wife to drive me. Scooter was ruined on my first two Non FNC Cemeteries and I doubt medicare or VA will fix it or replace it for me.

I have a power wheel chair but it is all I have left for getting around. So now my wife does the driving and most of the pic taking and I do the admin work and process the photos. It has turned into a wonderful hobby for the two of us can share and find fulfilment in doing.

So thank you again for those kind words which is appreciated but both me and my wife Karen.

God Bless You and Yours

Thank you very much for making the changes and your offer of tranfer. I am happy to accept transfer; my member # is 47021150. But just so you know, they are not my direct ancestors--they are cousins to me. I have done quite a bit of work trying to connect related Holmes families in NJ. thanks again, Scotty
