Paul and Earl Ballinger Photo

Thank you so very much for the photos! It is so greatly appreciated. Someday, I hope to go back to Toledo, where I lived when I was 7-9 (and Perrysburg) and hope to visit the many cemeteries near and around as well as on the way.

Very Grateful!
Claire Zahn

Levi Townsend
Thank you for looking for Levi Townsend, in your reply it says "he was found buried in Iowa." Where was he found in Iowa? And what is the source?

This is a puzzle I have been working on for years. A 90 year old relative said he was buried here at Mount Carmel near his son Joseph Townsend. That was the last information I had.

Justin & Caroline (Stoker) Birt
Shirley: What a nice run of fushia flowers on their stone. Did you make that or use it for all the stones you photograph, or perhaps you are a descendant of the Birt's?

Sarah Dady
Shirley: I have learned more about Old Union Cemetery and have access to burial records. Although there is no stone for Sarah Dady's grave I did locate the grave sight. The information you need about her is in the caption accompanying the photo.

the tombstone is in the shadow but to me the death date looks like it was 1841 - can you double check please? Do you have any idea who the other two children are yet?

I was wondering if you had a picture for the above memorial? You posted a pic of his parents on his memorial!

Thanks for checking.

Thank you so much for the photo of Sarah Bayless McDaniel in Sharon Cemetery. I will probably never get to Ohio to take one myself (live in Fort Worth, Texas) so it is greatly appreciated.

YOUNG (George & S. Emma)
Thank you for the beautiful photo of the YOUNG HEADSTONE. I deeply, deeply appreciate it. The Youngs were my paternal Great Grandparents, parents of my grandmother, Sarah Catherine Young Ford. Also, thank you for the photo of the cemetery; I have a photo of it during the early 1900's. Have a nice day. God bless you.

Thanks Shirley for the information. I have linked Russ' memorial to his parents. He was such a nice man, and will be missed.

I see you are working on Smith's. I am researching Joseph and Millberry Ragen Smith (Monroe, Logan County). Have you run across these two in your research?

David and Amy Logan
Thank You Very Much for the photos of David and Amy Logan! I am doing research on my GGG GF David Logan (1813~) and his descendents who moved from Philadelphia to Ohio between 1850 and 1860. It seems that when he moved, he took the younger 4 of 5 children with him. The eldest, my GG GF stayed in Philadelphia, so I should have a few more cousins that my family knows nothing about!
Thank You again, I truly appreciate your help.
