Are you related to the Friend family?

|bamyers08||Norris William Friend|
I am so glad that you have posted Norris' info here on F.A.G. because I have been searching for my grandfathers biological family for a long time. I have a first edition copy of the DeKalb County History book vol. 2 that lists numerous Friend's from DeKalb County and it shows Norris' middle name as being William.

I am doing some research on my Palmer lines and those buried at Sixteen Cemetery. You created a memorial for Susan Palmer (18927730) and noted that the stone states she is the daughter of J. Palmer. Are you able to confirm if it does say daughter on the stone?
I believe this is Jacob Palmer's first wife, Susana Lizer (which I created a memorial for 110975595). The date of death matches up.
The only question mark is whether it really states daughter? Are you able to confirm? It's hard to read the info on the stone on the website. I was wondering if you may have the picture elsewhere or remember this stone...
I appreciate all your help!

That's fine, Amy. I will go to the memorial and send you the additional information to help complete the memorial. Thank you, Linda

|sibe80||RE: Abigail Palmer|
She is the second wife of my direct descendant, which you added the picture for. I added his first wife, Susana's memorial. You wouldn't happen to know if she is buried right by the graves, would you?
Thank you for adding the picture, that is one neat statue! And to answer your question, no I don't think it is necessary.
Also, you added a picture some time ago, for a Susan Palmer. I believe she is the infant daughter of John Palmer (Jacob's son). Though, I'm not sure where John is buried...
Thank you again!!

Edith Dohner is a kinswoman in my Worthington line. I thought it would be nice that she was linked to her parents. Thank You!

Not sure what happened, but I transferred elsworth to you but I had gotten another request for Mary. You can ask the other people about her, sorry for the confusion.

No I wasn't related to Rhea -- I'm adding memorials right now from obituaries that are older where the individual was buried in Greenlawn. I am searching my family tree but I need to go to the Fort Wayne library to look up more obituaries.
Have a great day.

|Judy Cain Bowser||BOWSER, Ephraim Shenadoah|
Amy, I am attempting to locate the gravesite of Ephriam Shenadoah "Shan" Bowser in the Auburn, DeKalb County, Indiana area. He was born in 1870 in PA and died in the 1930's in Auburn, DeKalb Co. Perhaps, while doing your cemetery search, you might keep an eye out for his tombstone. Thanks!
