Norval E Lockyear
You have a picture of a headstone for Norval E Lockyear on the memorial page for Norval Ray Lockyear. The memorial # is 19479827. Since I didn't add the picture I can't place it on the correct memorial. Would you do that please?

I don't know your name, but your work is beyond comparable in terms of helping me put together my extended family. I have a significant portion of my family who lived in Warrick County. Some I am unable to find. I'm assuming the memorials you created came from pictures you have taken; however, I'm wondering if you have access to cemetery records that may include "unmarked" records ... Could I correspond directly with you? My email is chadkendell@msn.com. Thanks.

Sarah Eliza is in the 1870 Census with Charles BA Kelley & family in Owen, Warrick Co., IN, 1880 Census with GB Kelley & family in Ohio, Warrick Co. Indiana. Charles B Austin Kelley
I appreciate any help you can give in this area (obit). I have found his name as Charles AB Kelley, Charles B Austin Kelley, etc. I found his pension records for the Mexican War, his widow's pension and the request for a headstone from the government. The card records for headstone show the death date as March 1, 1884. I haven't been able to find anything. I found these records on www.familysearch.org.

It was just one I saw that most likely did not have a grave because she was also killed in an accident, but she is related to the same group in that same cemetery.

RE: LUCY GARDNER
Hi,

I'm not really sure the date they have on the memorial for Lydia is correct. You can't read how many years old she was on the picture taken. On the 1850 and 1860 Census there was a CATHARINE Gardner listed as a child, with the year born approximately 1845 to 1846. She was older than Josiah Gardner whose date of birth is June 1849, according to his death record.

Lucy died in June 1849, from apoplexy (coma from a stroke or cerebral hemorrhage ) probably caused by childbirth. The mortuary census says it's for the year ENDING June 1, 1850. It says her death month was June. So that looks like she died in June 1949, which would correspond with this grave.

Thanks!
Susan

Thank you. I was hoping she was buried near her husband, Joseph McCool. He died in 1850 but I haven't seen anything yet about where he's buried. Thanks, Janis
