Hi Doug, I see you took a photo for the Center Church Cemetery in Mercer County. The location notes its in MERCER, MERCER COUNTY but I think that it may be in Grove City (Pine Twp) rather than Mercer (there is no map connected to the location on the cemetery on here). Is that correct? I have family ancestors buried there and was planning a day trip soon.

I live in Erie, PA and am working on a third volume of grave locations for veterans of the War of 1812. I would like your permission to use the picture you posted of Andrew Coulter's grave in this compilation. I will cite you as the source.

I was in Center church cemmetery this morning searching for the marker for Stephen Cooper, There is a photo for it online. I couldn't find it. Can you give me an Idea what part of the cemetery it is in and if it is still legible.
Stephen is my great grandfather 3 times removed.I was hoping to find his wife Mary Magdalen (christley). I did see Magdalen Christley who is probably his Mother Inlaw.

The couple buried there did have a daughter. The 2 sons are from a first marriage. It appears that David was widowed from Anna in 1901. And, married Cherry also in 1901.
If you have records otherwise, I would greatly appreciate the information. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

Thank you for adding the info. I hope that it may help others seeking the families' lines. You never know when a date or an initial will point one in the right direction!
I have so many family members closely related to me, and also distant, that are buried in and around Mercer Co., PA.. My dad was born in Grove City in 1931 and moved to San Diego, CA., with his family when he was a toddler. My family has deep roots there.
An elderly aunt of mine has researched our family genealogy for decades. I am *trying* to pick it up. I'll add info to memorials of my family that you've posted as I have time. Thanks again for everything! Take care.

Wow, you are doing a great service by posting this information(Center Church Cemetery). I have found numerous relatives and I'm not done yet. There are probably more that I can't confirm. Thanks!

I got those pictures. You didn't have John M MOON 1854-1935 listed. He is on the grave marker with Mary (Martha) J MOON 1859-1945

Can you tell me where the Center Church Cemetery is in Grove City. There are a few requests for photos on find-a-grave, and I was trying to clean some of them up. Please let me know!
