RE: Henry James King/Frances Caroline Bryan
You're welcome Shelba. I am also a descendant of Henry James King and Frances Caroline Bryan. Through their son Ezekiel Thomas King. Ezekiel was a Civil War veteran of the 8th SC Infantry Co.D. He was wounded in battle and captured by the Union held at a POW camp, Camp Chase in Ohio til the end of the war. He came back to Chesterfield, got on the police force and became the deputy sheriff and later Sheriff of Chesterfield County from 1883 - 1888. He gained national notoriety when he led a posse to capture W. Bogan Cash "The Cheraw Murderer". Later he became the County Supervisor from 1898 - 1902 and died in 1904 at the age of 65 of cancer. The home he built in Cheraw still stands.

RE: Gillmore findagrave
Shelba, Sorry that I have been so long in responding. I just want to thank you for the information on the Rumbaugh's and Truby's. I'm still trying to find out where James A. Gillmore was born and who his parents were. Dead end here.

RE: correction Nancy Lee Plato
Hi ,thanks for bringing the mistake to my attention, concerning the mispelling of Iantha's name. it has been corrected. My hunt and peck typing was definitely off, and totally my fault for not double checking everything before finishing Nancy's memorial. I try to connect family any chance I get. No matter how close or how far apart the link may be. Would you want to manage her memorial ?

RE: Gwendolyn Jones
Regarding Gwendolyn Jones at Highland Memorial Cemetery - in the Flowers and Notes Section, instead of wiFe, you have wiDe. However, Lorene would have had a good laugh over it. Just thought I'd let you know. And I certainly do my share of typos.
